I have your book, "Cleaning Up the Mental Mess" and your process has been a major relief for me. I feel like, for the first time in my life, that I am in control of my thoughts, feelings and actions. I recommend it to everyone.

I don't even know what I typed in yesterday. It is still the same circle of thoughts which doesn't pass away. It is like I got placed in a situation I never wanted to take a part in, but was forced not to step out. Whenever I have read what I rather wish not, I am fine not to make you in any way to worry. You are a smart person, my life is good and very close to the life I want to live. I am happy it is just this circle of thoughts that doesn't pass away I still wake up at night like he would be with me in the room , he was saying abusing me I cannot walk away what I did, but to run away from what I face things, people situations, it is like they both Mike and Andy threaten me as they did, killing my future partner, etc.... In one of the cases the police and the court were involved as Andys attends to kill were seriously meant, I still have his heads on my neck.... But why cannot let it pass. I can and have the life I want and at the same time I never will. It functions like Stockholms syndrom. That is also why Elons was returning to his father and Maye was staying, I have watched Errol. My mind always wants to understand stuff. By the Stockholm syndrom the chemistry is given, that is why they got married or in fact not it is achieve through brutality of another one like loosing your own mind possibility to think you are still not part of, but the treat, also others life being involved holds you in. Thank you. I don't feel lonely, this podcast I will finish later I like and decided myself to stay by myself till the last day I am alive. Both of the guys were seeing psychiatrists. One diagnosed a psychopath( the police psychologists try to explain things to me) as Andy was known by them and the court from previous violence towards others. Mike was diagnosed having a multiple personality disorder and an idiot which wasn't possible to tell him as he was really 2. 2 Voices, 2 separate minds. More I won't write in the future, just I am not making things up, I have learned to laugh about, I pick up the funny moments.

Would CP be considered a traumatic brain injury?

  • @iducreyes

Thank you so much Dr Leaf! I had a tramautic event where I got my arm and was about to die, get shot to be exact. Anyways that was about two years ago. During that moment and times I would cry myself to sleep and pray to God to help my fam and not me. Paired with masturbation before bed and breaking up with my long time gf. Fast forward now in my sleep I wake up a one or 2 hours reliving those 2 main things fear trauma of lousing my life and loved ones even screeming in my sleep. Even before sleeping I feel my heart rate speeding up. I do this ex cry scream mast unconciously. The reason I wake up is bc I hear neightboors laugh. The way I found out about it cause sometimes I would hear them whisper about it. Is there any hope to change this?

Dr. Leaf, would going through prescribed benzodiazapine tapering and horrendous wd symptoms be considered a brain injury?? How can a benzo damaged brain heal! My quality of life has been destroyed due to a prescribed neurotoxin just so I could sleep better!
