    Increase your joy
    Venting our joys not just our problems we may feel is complaining
    We may feel this be be boasting however venting our joys as well as our problems balances our mental health
    In creating equalibrium
    This is so nice giving ourselves permission to balance out our equilibrium

    My nervous system has been wacko as well as ADD and c PTSD from a 40 yr marriage to a covert
    ( vulnerable ) narcissistic man . Psychiatrist told me I only survived this long because he was away with work ; airline pilot . In 2013 he was identified by psychiatrist we saw during a burnout . I was given the word narcissistic and go research , thus I continue to study / research after I was discarded in 2014 , the year it became in the DSM . Becoming knowledgeable and understanding is key to healing and not be medicated to cope , as was for years. I have been gleaning much truth from you Caroline . I have given your recent book , Cleaning Up Your Mental Mess to the psychiatrist and natural path who have been part of my journey ..
    Narcissism is another pandemic and we need to find the natural God given path of healing our mental anguish beyond years .
    Today I’ve decided I’m learning to paint up my home in new colours for many reasons of needed self care , creativity … and my daughter is looking forward to having a painting day , starting in the bathroom …
    JOY yes seek out what that is for you …. I know my go to.
    Thank you for continuing to give Hope to ever so many I’m sure daily !

    I love you Dr, i have changed so much since last year when I first knew you on RUclips. I was experiencing depression and anxiety. And God shows me you! I know that’s the blessing from him! God bless you Dr! Your works has so much meaning to the world!🥰

    So is anxiety and depression an actual disease and disorder as most doctors claim it to be?
    I've had negative experiences with antidepressants and the doc wanted me to take some . I have taken 5 to 6 different ones never any positive and them drugs don't heal anything -its more like a crutch and it makes you feel not like your true self etc...
    Please explain and is there a more natural and safe way .
    Do you believe God can bring complete healing and deliverance from such ?

      Yes I do believe the Lord will renew your mind . I’m amazed at how He doesn’t permit me to remember such horrific things.
      Philippians 3 :12-14 is my life verse .
      I have heard it said and say to others don’t look in the rear view mirror but out the windshield it’s so so much bigger and beautiful.
      Do you journal ? I write out poetry , quotes , scripture, prayers , songs . Practice your penmanship . Use pencil and a felt tip pen. .07 is the tip I like . Decorate your journal with stickers .
      If you share your address I’ll send you some . A journal as well. A little care package for you to begin . I’ve been a church librarian and have a wonderful library . Read childrens books and memoirs . I also collect rocks ; as I say and remind myself Jesus is my rock in a weary land . Learn something creative .
      I’m a seamstress and love working with cottons and linens , but I want to try water color painting . Lots of tutorials on Pinterest.
      I totally agree with you on the meds . Been there and bad reactions also .
      Symptoms of abuse are anxiety and depression . They both affect physical and mentally . Anxiety is our nervous system . Depression to me is exhaustion , grief , fatigue .
      I’m learning self care very late in life .
      Meds keep us often stuck and numb.
      We have to feel to heal ! Name it , feel it surrender it and let go .
      Get a listen of emotions and write in sentence form any you may be feeling .
      Read Psalms and listen to soothing music .
