Health is not just eating good food; health is laughter, health is singing, health is feeling the vibrations of Aina on our feet, health is how we feel when we go to places like this. He oiaio no e kuu hoa, pela no!
Awesome stuff... you are getting really good at these on-camera interviews. I also love that there is always (or most always) a purpose behind your videos and a lesson we can all take away. Even when it's promoting a product or service. I wish more creators would do that.
aloha sam, do you know a traditional family or tribe i could live the island life with? :) harvesting, cooking, being greatful for what we have. i know its hard conditions, as i am a absolute foreigner from Germany with a wife and son. my son ( also Sam 🙂) is 7 month old. as my greatest wish it would be my son to grow up with a true hawaiian spirit, respecting the island and knowing how to provide for himself and caring for others. i would love to learn the language and make new great friends. 😊 i do not know where to start and where to ask lots of love Toby Lee
