    How are these bulbs working and are they better than the osram rallye 100/90?

    • @automotriztechnica
      @automotriztechnica  Месяц назад

      Osram Rallye 100/90 I have not checked, but what I am using Rallye Pro 100/90 where they say if I do Hi-Lo or flash for passing the filament will not fuse off. Earlier I had non-pro models but that used to fuse off soon. These are still working like a charm.

    Sir which one should i use philips rally or racing or extreme for my ciaz delta 2021 model and can i use it without relay. Note my car have inbuilt projectors

    • @automotriztechnica
      @automotriztechnica  27 дней назад

      I think the Ciaz Delta has H7 bulb type and needs 4 of these for High & Low beams separately. OEM recommends Philips XtremeVision 55W which is more than enough for daily usage and occasional tours. This does not require a relay & harness. Just replace the previous bulbs with these. The Philips Rally Pro starts from 100/90 watt and needs a relay, ceramic bulb holders and additional wiring harness with relay due to higher capacity of current directly connected to the Battery and is triggered through a relay. Since you also have a projector, heat enclosed is more than the radiatedheat, hence it will be better to use Philips XtremeVision 55W.

    Can i use raly pro for my ciaz delta model in the projectors without relay

    • @automotriztechnica
      @automotriztechnica  27 дней назад

      Philips Rally Pro if you use 100/90 watt, then its preferable to use a relay & a harness with thicker guage wire. The bulb holder needs to be replaced with a ceramic ones. In the long run it will help and wont melt / deform due to exessive heat generated by the Rally Pro bulbs. Instead try Philips XtremeVision or a RacingVision. The RacingVison has 1/2 life span that is 200 hours than XtremeVision of 400 hours. Please also check that Ciaz will have H7 bulb type and not H4.

      @automotriztechnica ok I will install the racing or extreme I have last question will there be a huge difference between the visibility of racing and extreme lights or it will be same

    • @automotriztechnica
      @automotriztechnica  27 дней назад

      @ From OEM to XtremeVision, there is a significant of difference and slight yellow than RacingVision good in rainy & fogs penetration. For RacingVision it’s slightly towards more white. Yes, it vision is better, just a game of thinning the filament and playing with Quartz Glass to make it’s Colour Temperature shift its axis towards white. It’s a game of Kelvin where they fine tune the Colour Temperature so that human eye can see more whiter. It’s the game of Wavelength altogether without changing the wattage.
      The filament thickness is like this OEM>XtremeVision>RacingVision and so the life span is OEM>XtremeVision>RacingVision
      800>400>200 hours respectively. Hope this helped.

    I have a query...kindly advise me . I installed Philips h4 rally bulbs 130/100 along with Philips relay kit in my alto car.
    Initially was very happy with the upgrade, while driving on the highway but now am not satisfied.
    So...what should i do now to upgrade the bulb.
    1. Philips extreme vision ?
    2. Philips racing vision ?

    • @automotriztechnica
      @automotriztechnica  11 месяцев назад +1

      Since you already have a harness that will help, you could have used Philips Rally Pro 100/90 as the 130/100 might generate more heat and done can lose its reflective coating and front cover might fade. What you have is a better install, Philips RacingVision/Xtreme vision are not that powerful in front of your 100/90 mods. I have 130/100 installed in our native place for Alto LXi. It is still working fine. Check your dome is transparent and please use 100/90 rally pro if you see more heat is generated.

    I have installed it today, but i have not installed relay with it,as mechanic told me that 90/100 bulbs don't require relay, relay is required for only 100/130 h4 bulbs... my question is that should i go with or without relay?..

    • @automotriztechnica
      @automotriztechnica  Месяц назад

      @@odsahir6816 It depends on where did you install this. Not only the relay but relay along with harness is an added advantage for carrying more current for the 100/90W so the current is almost 40% extra from 65/55W, the wires and the bulb holder present are for the OE wattage 65/55W. In the long run there are chances of oxidation of wires and get deterioration for both wires and holder as well.
      The harness has thicker wires and a relay with Ceramic Holder, hence for 100/90W it is recommended to protect the OE wires in the long run.
