I’m nervous to start painting again but I learned that I don’t need to be nervous in doing anything like art and just do it and go with it :) and thank you for sharing this video on good insight and inspiration 😌 😊

I hate the feel of canvas as well. I watched a video where an artist showed how he smooths out his canvases by using gesso, water and sandpaper. I plan on trying it!!!

Gesso and some sanding DEFINITELY make it more bearable, but I still can’t seem to enjoy it. 😅 But I hope it works well for you!!

@@allisonaletha oh I wanted to tell you! You got me so Intrigued about those Nicker Poster paints that I got a set from Amazon. But I wanted to see what other shades they had and I found this place in the U.S that sells them individually for $5.35 a pot. ( It's called John Neal Books). I'm so impressed! I went for some individuals on top of the set because there were a few colors that I wanted to try so bad ( Blue Gray, Compose blue, Sap Green and Coral). So if you were looking for a place to try some more colors ...I highly recommend it :)

Thanks so much for sharing, but what is the dry fluffy brush you are using for blending? I don't wear makeup but it looks like some kind of cosmetic brush? I'm fascinated by this technique! Wonderful video! I have watched your lighting video several times, it's so easy to understand.
