Awesome video as always! I tend to bounce back and forth between the folding cameras and the box cameras depending on the situation. I’ve had some seriously good results with the 600 Impulse AF.
I have modded 660 AF, modded SX70 and modding my new Impulse AF 😁They all are great but... If i had a flash compatible with sx70 I would prefer that one :) All shoots I-Type all have self timer 🥰
Love your videos dude and this series! Trying to find a SLR680 locally. Currently use a OneStep 2, a box OneStep Flash, and the Go. Hope to see more content and photo walks!
My vote is for the SLR680, next the SX70 (with or without sonar) and in iType the OneStep+ and the OneStep2VF. Today I made a trip with the OneStep+. Have to say all 8 photos turned out to be very good. Recently compared an identical photo taken with the Now+ and the SLR680. I can confirm that the photo of the SLR680 was visible sharper and had much better exposure (both indoor with flash). MiNT has a nice but expensive self timer for the SLRs.
Thanks so much for the help! I'm thinking of getting one but are there any options with a micro SD card included that you could recommend? The film is extremely expensive here, that's why I've been thinking about an alternative. Love your channel btw !! :)
last time i'm so dedicated into something was me working on my thesis. now i got multiple tabs (hint: all of em are your videos) to do some research to buy ONE camera but i kinda have a bad feeling on this ONE...
Thanks for the video! I am diving into the world of instant cameras to find the perfect one as a birthday gift. One thing you said confused me though. Shouldn‘t it be possible to shoot 600 film with an empty battery on the „new“ i-type cameras?
I have a 690 but the new film has "issues" with them ... need to replace the door/rollers!!! I love all type of Polaroid ... have lots of SZ70 and 600 boxes as well as SX70 SLRs!!! Fun as usual!!!
The film door is actually very easy to swap out. No tools needed just open the film door and squeeze the connecting hinges with one hand and it just comes right off. If you have any sort of folding camera you can swap doors.
Hello i like your videos. I ve been taking photos with film camera for 13 years but i ve never used polaroid camera. I usually take portraits and lifestyle. I d like to buy onestep plus before i watched this video :) what do you recommend for me?
I would say Craigslist is still a thing but it’s rival is Facebook marketplace definitely thanks so much for the video and my dream camera seems to be the most expensive one ! Hahaha thanks also for making these videos
@@JustAnotherChris Ok, that’s just what I have heard. (I blame the internet 😉.) But nice to know. Mine is “just” a black plastic one, but still a great camera. I love it.
The 'metal' Sx-70s are not metal They're glass infused plastic, with a brushed chrome coating. The black or white plastic SX-70s are made from ABS plastic.
FYI no SX-70 is metal, the chrome ones are chrome-plated plastic
Your channel is the reason my girlfriend and I have gotten into Polaroids. Got the Sx-70 & a 600, already looking to buy another camera haha.
That’s awesome on all fronts!!

Oh I know your always packing like 5 cameras in that bag! Lol

The one step+ is a great camera and I still need to make a video about that guy.

Hmm maybe look into this one. It uses paper which is much cheaper but doesn’t have a SD card unfortunately. ruclips.net/video/7j6FGNfEgjs/видео.html

Welcome!! And yes you shoot a dead battery in an Itype camera
I don't have an SLR's yet but im very happy with my 600s
600s are great
SX70 film is fantastic right now
I knew you had a qlight does it work?
Sticking to my supercolor, wish I could afford a SLR 690 tho
Keep checking Facebook marketplace! An SLR might just pop up for a sweet deal

That’s a bummer I’m lucky that my 680 doesn’t have that issue

Yes in deed. That’s why is a dream camera haha but one day you will get it! Which one is it?
I think all SX70 cameras are plastic. The silver ones are just coated in silver paint.
You would be incorrect. There are metal ones and I own one.
