I've been watching your DIY pulley videos and this one is insanely good!!!!
Thank you!
Thank you again for the document for the Carroll fly build! God bless.
You're welcome and God bless you too!
This is exactly what i was looking for, love the quick release bolts ideal for what i need. Overall great idea, don't need to be pay for a 1000+ euro/dollars for a bulky machine to do flys and most people with home gyms have small spaces to work with so great way of saving space.
I love it! It's a great addon! 💪🏾
I'm glad you like it!
The best diy system on youtube
Great easy , and cheap
Congratulations for your vidéo
Thank you
Thank you!
Vern!!! Having these quick connects are simply brilliant 🎉 Cheers!!!
Thank you! It does make it quick and I don't think you really need the other eyebolts.
THANKS so much for doing this video. These easy connects will hopefully do what I am so desperately needing..
You are so welcome!
Nice video. Been following you for a minute and I love this diy hack. No joke, I think you should make these quick connects and sell them. I got the Fitness Reality Power Cage and could use these quick connects, I just don’t got the time to buy and make everything. Good stuff, man. Keep up the solid video content.
Thanks man I appreciate the support here in my channel. I was thinking about making them and selling them but that little piece that holds the cable in place looks a little unprofessional because it's sanded down and I'm not sure if people would be out off by that. I might try it though.
Yo this is brilliant homie. I'm thinking about gettiing a cage and was wondering if i could add pulleys when i came across your video. Gotta say I'm all about finding clever efficiencies... & I have to tip my hat to you sir 😏 way to innovate.
Man I wish I could take the credit for this one but one of my subscribers came up with it and I just put it together but I'm glad I did! It's a perfect solution. Thanks for watching!
Aye teamwork makes the dream work brotha! @@UsawaFitness keep doing what you're doing
@@3gypt ☺️ Thanks man!
Really awesome setup!! Any idea for other item like that samsung adaptor? Because in my country no one sell that item 😮
@@Fanny-fl5id really anything. A piece of wood to go around that bolt. I'm going to redo this video soon to improve that feature.
Thank you. Where did you get the eye bolts?

This is nice. Love the DIY video.
Thanks man!
I love your video. Would you happen to have a guide or the stuff needed that you could email to me. I want to do this to my cage. Again, great and helpful video
Of course! Email me my address is right there on my landing page at the top right! I have a document that I can send you.
Perfect! I just sent the message to you!
Check your email and let me know if you have any questions. 💪🏾
thank you,it's helpful to me.
Glad to hear that! 👍🏾
Great video! Do you have links for the cables/pulleys you used? And roughly how much cable did you use? Thanks!
I'm so sorry. I'm slow dragging on getting all the notes together for you guys. I'm going to try to get it done ASAP. I've just been behind on my website and posting my videos so I haven't had a chance to compile everything.
@@UsawaFitness No worries! I appreciate the response, I will keep an eye out!
My man !!amazing guide . Im having a hard time trying to find the Lat pulldown for the fitness reality cage ( it goes from $170 and up ) i only paid $100 for the cage 😂. I tough about buying the one from Balance form for $80 and see how to adapt it .
@@mikemazzi226 Thanks man! You should check and see if Amazon has a prime day deal on it.
@@UsawaFitness I will check it !!!
You're a MacGyver genius dude. Haha.
Thanks Norm!
Vern. What’s the size of the eyebolts for the quick connect for the Sunny Health Fitness squat rack
You can order those from Menards. These are the only ones I could find that would fit that were strong enough for what we're doing so they were expensive.

hey! do you have links for everything needed for this setup? Would appreciate it a lot
Email me and I'll send you the word document
Would this DIY work for the 810xlt super max power rack. I think it would but just making sure?
Absolutely. 100% I'll be using this one of my fitness reality 810xlt super max power cage once it's warm enough to train outside.
Where do you get the eye bolt that you used? I dont see it in the list

Do I still need to install the samsong nuts ? I can’t find any here on my place 😅
Yes you want those to keep the cable from coming out. They are on eBay.
Is there a list of parts?
It's not crazy. I can send you the document. Just email me at info@usawafitness.com and I'll send it to you.
Thanks. Very helpful content!

Soon sorry for the delay.
Greetings and positive vibes. Can you please put links or a list of where and what to buy? I can’t find the eye bolts you are using. 🙏🏾
Vern!!! This a great addition- the versatility and the quickness will boost a workout and keep things moving more efficiently in a home gym workout!!😎😎😎
I had a workout elf show me the way in this one! 🤣 Thanks Carroll!
@@UsawaFitness you’re welcome Santa!!!
What are the sizes for the eye bolts that you used for both cages?
This exact part number will work on both cages. I'm sorry for the slow reply. I lost the package for a few days.

Hello. Can I have the links to the cable/pulleys used?
Of course. I have a complete parts list document I can send you. Email info@usawafitness.com and I'll send it to you.
You have a lot of clients
I'm trying 😄
I’m using a Titan T2 rack with extended plate holders and a lat pull down.. I have a similar setup but my eye bolts have 2 nylon washers and 2 stainless washers front and back .. instead of the quick disconnect I use Butterfly Nuts .. the nylon and the stainless steel washers are glued with a drop of crazy glue and the other end it’s glue with the Eye bolt , its fairly quick to connect and disconnect.. the nylon washers are used so the rack doesn’t get scratched
That's the same reason that I use the nylon washers. Send me a picture of your setup man! I can show it to the community here as an alternative. 💪🏾
I've been trying to add this to a rouge monster lite squat rack with has 5/8" holes and legs that are 3" wide. I can't find an eyebolt that is small enough to fit into the holes and it long enough to stick out of the other side (would need to be about 4") has anyone had any luck finding eyebolts of this size?
I think you can get one from Grainger
Love this design. What length of cable did you go for?
14 Feet! I have all the instructions if you want them. Just email me.
Has anyone found a center eyebolt that will pass thru? 810xlt

After building the quick connects and discovering some of its shortcomings I have decided to improve on them in a few ways. One is a must have and that is putting a 3/8” 2in steel washer behind the rubber one. The other day, the quick connect came flying through the 1 inch hole of the fitness reality cage. The washer you have behind the 2in rubber washer is too small and will get pulled through once the rubber washer has had enough. Second the cheap plastic tubing from ace got all tore up and needs to be replaced. I’m going to replace it with 3/8in pex type b tubing. Lastly I’m going to experiment with adding some stainless steel D ring shackles with “no snag pin” to make it easier to connect the carabiner. Just have to make sure it fits through the 1in cage hole. All of this does add to the cost but as it is now, it’s unusable if you want to protect the cage and minimize noise. Overall they have been such a great add. Thanks again!
Nice job! I think you might have skipped the part at 6:14 where I added that second washer. That what is the one that holds the quick connect in place and prevents it from coming through the hole. Nice work making it your own though. Have fun!
Crap I used the smaller washers. I followed the guide emailed and used the same smaller washers for everything including the cable fly. It didn’t specify to use a larger washer but I should’ve known. Thanks Verne!
@@lawrence09151 it's all good I definitely didn't spell that out for you guys in the video. I need to update these videos because I found a way to build these without all of the extra tools in the first video.
What brand are those j-hooks
Those came with the Cage.
This is awesome!
Thank you for posting my man.
Where did you find those small eyebolts from?
Menards. I have a Google doc I can send you if you want it. Just email me
I found them and they came in and work perfect thank you!! This is badass my man.
