I have had a lifeling battle with depression and anxiety and sleeplessness. Now I call on Jesus and say Bible verses out loud and over again. Psalm bible 91 as someone else suggested is powerful. I banish satan in the name of Jesus Christ. May God comfort you and your family and bring you peace. The more I believed and learned about the truth of SDA beliefs the more attacks. But it is better now.
