Clearly better is a subjective term here, but there are currently people on tictoc making thousands in hours saying 'ice cream so good'. Marvel infinite outsold UMVC3 on it's release too. RTW / RayTheWarrior is a very good active western Dizzy player, you can see him earlier in this bracket though he didn’t make top 8 this time. And Dizzy is very strong, high tier but not quite top tier. Also got Kazuki and Ruki - extremely good active Japanese Dizzy players, but they dont show up in western tournaments.
