All countries have the right to determine their immigration policies. Why should people that are not citizens question our laws when they are free to govern their countries.
Have you considered Banana Island in Lagos, Nigeria? It boasts unmatched views of the Atlantic ocean and the Lagos metropolis. The culture is also more distinct and Nigeria has stronger ties to black America than South Africa ever will. The properties there are also rated by the Nigerian Federal Properties Board at 2NE, which means risk of collapse is minimal for the first 2 years. All this for less money than you'd spend in South Africa!
@@Mdumpero Davido is just a singer, a trash one at that. He knows nothing about Nigeria's booming property market and the potential returns it holds specifically for black Americans. Some people are seeing returns up to 550% within just two years of buying properties there others 3500%, especially in the Lagos area.
Yes, sorry we missed u this time around. Hope u got some worthwhile info during your stay and wish u a safe trip back to the US. Any idea when u will be returning to The Motherland/South Africa?
I hope, with all due respect🙏🙏, that this exodus is not going to create AA exclusivism and elitism. And end up making life unaffordable for Ordinary South Africans. We are generally just simple people in South Africa who want to live in Peace and simplicity. Still, with all these Dollars coming into the country, I hope the property market will be favorable to South African citizens. Otherwise, we welcome the AA because we share so many things in common and we need the skills and hope that you WILL USE THEM TO BENEFIT ORDINARY SOUTH AFRICANS. Thanks for your Channel
I appreciate your concern, and several of us discussed that same issue a couple of days ago. Don’t worry. Many of us are simple too, desiring peace, love and acceptance. Many of us are not rich, as some South Africans think. I am showcasing homes that are being presented to me on this tour. Many of us can’t afford all that is being presented. But I use this opportunity to open the eyes of many AAs in the US that perceive SA incorrectly. I personally like SA not only for the modern infrastructure, but also for its warm and welcoming people. I also prefer to spend my money where blacks will benefit. So again, we understand, and want what’s good for all of us, inclusively!🙏🏽👍🏽🇿🇦❤️❤️❤️🇿🇦
I wonder if you show the same concern with the millions of hordes from europe n Asia who have come and are coming to SA. Our brothers n sisters from the continent have an ancestral right to africa.

Africans in Africa struggle to get the necessary visas to legally live and acquire property in SA. Is it easier for Americans to obtain visas to live in SA? Please help me understand anyone

If u really want to know, check out my 2 videos on Visa Immigration requirements for South Africa. The requirements are basically based on money or skill. And of course, there are background checks too. It’s not just against Africans. There are a lot of Americans that don’t qualify for visas to immigrate to SA either because they don’t have the money or critical skill.

Perhaps, I don’t know.

They are Nigerians, the red hat the man is wearing in the picture on the wall is from the Igbo tribe of Nigeria.
Its fine though if they are in SA legally
As long as is legal is fine he can be Igbo or whatever
