Hello to the Host and Crew of eatahfood! I really love your videos! It has taught me so much - both new things and how to improve on my current methods. I love the dishes/wares that you all use on set, and I would love to see some bright, Caribbean elements to your set - like a few bright kitchen towels in the basket on the microwave, a fingerprint free microwave, and you know...a few pops of colour! The host is so well-spoken and she definitely knows her stuff! Always a pleasure to watch her work. Hope you receive this feedback in the spirit in which it was meant: from a place of love and care. I will be watching for sure!
Dagg yo , this dish reminded me of my grandmother who came to New York from Tobago . She was a good cook and I remember her making this traditional old school hearty soup. It made me feel so loved! Mmmm delicioso !

My dumplings was split peas dumplings delious
Never even a cow hell. But it looks good.
it has surely been a while, don't make us wait so long Emily, lol.
every thing was perfect until no golden ray
Goldenray is not healthy
@Emily this dish is one that I will leave to my either my mom,dad or a true cook such as yourself... Cause I definitely can't cook it like how they cook it!!😁😁
Give it a try Sean! We believe in you 😁
Tasty.
Do you eat the whole cow heel, or just the meat?
Cow heel like chicken feet all natural collagen for ur hair, nails skin an overall body
Why she eating my share. I love cow heel soup...
Nothing like gooey cow heel soup or stew
The subtitles are hilarious 😆😅
where is the golden ray butter?
What a pretty gal from Trinidad
No Sis U good not talking loud 🤗
Where is the golden Ray butter and the Maggie flavor soup for the great flavor.
U rel wild girl 😆🤣
So when am in the meat shop in Trinidad i must remember not to say Cow Foot but to say Cow Heel instead
They would still know what you're referring to, but they would also know that you aren't from Trinidad & Tobago :)
Awwww the cowheel was too hot
No yam sweet potato?
Its missing golden ray with a maggie soup pack...
No golden ray..lol
I thought pimento peppers were not spicy?
Sometimes they can be spicy. Just as hot as Scotch Bonnet peppers.
Chicken breast bone
No cassava and green plantains. No chive.
People add what they like to eat in their soup. Not everyone like cassava or green plantains in this soup.
I always use chicken stock. Has flavor, water doesnt
Love. that it good for your back make the front hard
You still have a lot to learn.
