All the people complaining about the mixed signals They likely did an add on at some point where they redid part of the systems. Audio circuits require proper wiring to protect against induction and require separate wires for the speaker and strobe which in existing areas may not be possible

Students also can hear the horn strobes better. When the speaker strobes were code 3 I liked them better than the horn strobes. But now they are boring voice evacuation and code 3 is my favorite tone. So I would say I like the horn strobes better.

@@EncryptingJava I do not know. To be brutally honest, I do not think voice should be used in this school as the school is too big/the amount of people in one area can easily cover up the voice. Back when the code 3 was still in the school, that’s actually a lot easier to hear than the whoop/voice

You can’t even get that one freaking one open and what if someone was locker and they were trying to open it and they accidentally tripped and fell on the fire alarm and somehow pulled it falling down. Move those to the other side and get rid of those stupid horn strobes. They’re nothing but shit and they’re very loud.
Honestly they probably don't use the lockers in the building, or a weird install, they should take that locker out or if possible move the alarm. The horns I heard in this section could be due to wiring, they can't do all speakers. Besides they are good for hard of hearing or blind students. (Or the dead, they really are THAT loud, luckily not over 100 decibels I think)

They just changed the programming in the software, you don’t have to replace the entire panel.
