  • Learning how to hit a fade can be a difficult task for any golfer. However, once you've learned how to hit a fade, you can unlock a plethora of different shots and, ultimately, lower your scores. With just a few quick tips, golfers can learn how to hit a fade and hit better golf shots.
    In this edition of HOW TO, 2nd Swing's Drew Mahowald is joined by Emma Carpenter, University of Minnesota golfer. Emma explains her step-by-step process to hit a fade, and then showcases it with both a 7-iron and a driver.

    I enjoy how 'simple' Emma makes this sound. The big trick for me is, having modified my set up, trying to NOT subconciously adjust my swing path.

    Do you alter your hands, I notice the trail hand is neutral/weak and the lead hand looks strong. Great powerful swing.
