Nice video. But I always like to see areas in Uyo, where there are 4,5,6 storey buildings. I don't like the structures I see often in Uyo.
Beautiful serene place and fast developing but unfortunately my brothers and I had to sell a plot of land there left behind by my late father to a retired Nigerian Army General because that was the only way we could settle a siblings dispute on another property...🤕😢 Though we sold it for quite an amount, it saddened me as a person, because I would have loved to build on it myself..
😱 take heart bro, you can always come back to get another landed property there , they are still available , its only that they are now quite expensive
