- System test 7 with my Spectralert Classic and Spectralert Advance going off together. I FINALLY got a relay that works right so now the BRK 1812 will reset with the FACP. This took a lot of work in editing so I hope you enjoyed.

I feel sorry for the kids at my elementary school who had all of the horns their replaced by crappy SpectrAlert Advanced horn/strobes. There are 8 in the cafeteria!

Did you know the interesting thing about a spectralert classic when it is on FWR current (not filtered DC) it sounds a little different
Actually I was aware of that. Two years ago I recorded a video demonstrating the difference but never got around to uploading it

Okay....I think that I have a clue but I'm pretty sure that codes are different in different states and my next system test features wheelock devices. This system wasn't designed to be an actual system that meets all codes, it is more or less a toy if you will.

You need a sync module for the horn-strobes...
To me, the SpectrAlert Classics and Advances are not that loud, to me.

I install the new alarms right after i film the previous system test. It just takes a while for me to get to film them :/
