- Okay.. well I usually describe to the point of annoying.. huh? Not much to say on this one. The title and the last quote( once the screen goes black) says it ALL!!!!
My ears heard "real" LuNacy wedding, and my brain went HERE.. go figure!?!?! (No disrespect meant to fans of that pairing... just my POV).
I must add a HUGE thank you to both Genie Francis and Anthony Geary, their work and talent has fascinated me and enterained me for 3/4 of my life.

@sattnin68 I don't know I wouldn't sell the man short... been watching a lot of other movies and things he has done. He is brilliant... but LUKE just doesn't work without Laura.

Somehow someway the current writers and PTB need to fix this love story once and for all. Genie Francis is one of the best onscreen kissers I have ever seen, put her with Tony Geary and it is unbelievable. I have seen a lot of onscreen romances and I have never witnessed this kind of intensity and passion in any other couple on screen.
I agree. They were magical. Do you think they have forgotten? We haven't and it is 2023. They will not live forever and we need to see them now. Forever a Luke and Laura fan ❤️.
Rest in peace. Jackie Zeman. Such an important part of Luke and Laura history. We will miss your laugh and smile.And let's not forget Bobbie was the reason Luke came on the scene in the first 😉 place.
Luke and Laura are Everything to and with each other. Bring them together Please!!!!! His vow to her "I belong to you as long as I can breathe." resonates today as it did the day he said it in their wedding in 2006. I believe his true feelings were there.

@brinkgrl Mr. Geary is an incredible actor. He portrays joy, pain, strife, elation, longing... and all the other emotions we feel as human beings with equal brilliance... but Luke seems to only have all of those emotions when he is with Laura (otherwise he seems to appear numb)... so want to see Mr. Geary with something really great to play .... soon!

I can't get enough of the look and expression on Luke's face when Laura first woke up in 2006! You can tell that Tony was not acting when he gave that look, it was real!!!

Maybe it's just me but TG seemed genuinely emotional saying those vows especially at the 6:38 mark. They have a lot of years and history between them. Love them!

Yes I agree with you. Those vows were definitely meant sincerely. TG and GF have known each other all their adult life and have gone thru so much. This was a very beautiful script right there. TG said this will real meaning I believe . It touched my heart ❤ love these two people. Nobody comes even close to them in Soaps whether it be back then or now. They were the top of the hill. This dynamic duo

I wonder that too. I luke take my Laura...and her saying you are at the center of my heart. To see them on screen together would be glorious. To walk into the room and kiss. No words needed. Fans would be overjoyed.
I wonder if Tony Geary really knows what an impact he made throughout the years with Genie Francis. We will always love them.

I hope so since both actors seem to deny it now. I agree with you. I wonder if it is their way to deny they cared for each other all those years ago even if they never acted on it IRL?

@labannaosullivan4601 I found a quote from the 35th anniversary where Tony says. The audience loves us years later and I still wonder why. Seriously?! Luke was a well written character he brought to life. Luke and Laura will always be loved😢❤.

I haven't watched any of the L&L videos past '93 but WOW! TG just gets better and better looking with age. Of course GF is gorgeous as always too. This was a romance, relationship, journey like none other ever portrayed by two people on screen. No wonder the impact these two had on the world is still reverberating all these years later.
