    This Pork Loin was amazing! I have to thank my good friend Brian from ‪@kingbsmokingbbq‬ for inspiring me on this cook. His Pork Loin video was great! Be sure to check it out and subscribe to his channel.
    I brined the loin overnight with Rosemary and Thyme, peppercorns and garlic. I seasoned it with Smokey Swine Seasoning from Fiesta and wrapped it in thick-cut bacon from ‪@HEB‬.
    I smoked it at 275 on my ‪@GrillaGrills‬ Silverbac and I used the Chef X from ‪@Themeatstick‬ for the perfect temps. I pulled it off the smoker when it reached an internal temperature of 140 degrees and let it carry over to 145. I let it rest for 30 minutes before slicing it up so all the juices could settle.
    The flavor was amazing and it was tender, juicy and perfectly cooked.
