Those who have experienced the west should know by now that you are treated badly because of what was fed of the African continent.
If the narrative doesn't change soon, black people will be disrespected and trashed everywhere.
I hope this generation will represent Africa well, this little island I'm from Jamaica has been very impactful but we know where we are from.
We should all fight against the evils against our race because they think we can't compete or don't have brain.

Nigeria would be super great if all ethnic hands on deck. The Government’s are under pressure, the eastern part of Nigeria should embrace National politics, State development and hold their state government accountable. We must get rid of the mindset that some part been marginalized. it’s high time everybody start bringing up their idea, creativity and opinion on how to generate IGR and create an enabling environment that would attract indigenous or foreign investors. Nigeria has so much potential if we all join hands together.

I think restructuring and resources control is the solution. Because no matter how glittering your ideas are as a state governor and no matter how you try to tax your people in order to increase your IGR, you may not still be able to compete with other states that the FG have always decided to help and support to grow in all ramifications. When states are allowed to control their resources then you can talk about ideas and all that. And secondly the FG should stop playing politics with the country's development. They should know every part of this country matters, they should stop the marginalization that they are carrying out against some parts of this country, else this country will not go anywhere in terms of development. There's no amount of ideas that will transform a state to be like Lagos, Abuja, Kano, PH, Kaduna, etc which have enjoyed huge FG support and help. Without funs other states will still be struggling behind these other states.
It's only in Nigeria, that a president like Bihari will say publicly that he'll not give all the states the equal help and opportunities to grow, just because, some state didn't give him full support at the polls and he did just like he said. This kind of mentality is that of marginalization. You would agree with me that there's always a huge pressure on Lagos State infrastructure due to the large population in the state, and this will continue since the FG is being partial in its drive to develop the country. The solution to this is restructuring and true fiscal federalism.

They didn't just pocket the money for marking, they over invoiced the road more than 700% that's how politicians steals money but with less corrupt people in power we can hope for better. Peter Obi, Umahi and Soludo are 3 people we seen with lowest rate of corruption that resulted to spending smallest amount to do project altogether Soludo is yet to be tested but we strongly believe he will run a transparent government with lowest corruption.

@10:44 You said power generation is no longer in exclusive list but since power distribution is still in exclusive list then nothing to celebrate because if you generate electricity that will be enough for only Anambra State you are expected to put it to national grid to be shared with even Northerners.
The best solution is total decentralization of electric power generation and distribution that means every state will be independent in generation and distribution of their electricity.

I would appreciate if we can have documentary on the impact of Russian-Ukraine war on the cost of food items derived from wheat. Nigeria currently spends over one trillion naira to import wheat and this has increased tremendously due to the war as the two warring countries contribute over 20% of wheat export and Russia is the height supplier of wheat to Nigeria.
A content in this regard will educate more people and help to understand the reason for rise in cost of bread, semo, pasta and other food items derived from wheat.

Borrowing money is a good thing, infact ideally it's supposed to help grow the economy. all economies of the world borrow money and it turns out well except Nigeria.
The reason is, when you borrow money you're supposed to use the money locally by employing Nigerians to do the jobs. By so doing that money will circulate locally amongst Nigerians and it would better their lives, but when you borrow money and award contract to foreigners, you only created credit for us.
it's just like borrowing and returning the money back yet accept to still pay the money for the second time with interest.
this is what has been killing us.

If the authorities paste a stop work order and its not obeyed, what will they do? In Lagos they have an agency with a task force & police personnel.
No civil servant will risk his job to approve an illegal structure. Most illegal structures do not have approval.
Sometimes they do not supervise the sites after granting approval, to know if they're exceeding limits but it's still on the developer.

This is in RESPONSE to the Statement below that " Anambra is the CAPITAL of Igbo Land" by Ugom Prince Erics.
I am from Anambra State. During Michael Okpara's time in the 1950s. Enugu was made the Administrative Capital of the ENTIRE then EASTERN Region that comprised of all of Rivers State (present Bayelsa and current Rivers State ), Cross Rivers State (present Akwa Ibom State and current Cross Rivers State, current Anambra State, current Imo State, current Abia State, current Ebonyi State, current Enugu State, parts of current Delta State, parts of current Benue ( Idoma People there are Igbos )State, parts of current Kogi ( Igala people there are Igbos ) State. Even part of Adamawa State ( Mumunnye Folks there are Igbos ).
Yes Enugu is the CAPITAL of Eastern Region and presumed Capital of Igbo land but DISAPPOINTEDLY Folks from Enugu State ( All States in Nigeria really )are NOT on par with Folks from Anambra State in terms of LEADERSHIP, INTELLIGENCE, BUSINESS, TECHNOLOGY, EDUCATION etc . In almost all terms.
Yes Enugu is the Capital of Igbo Land but that DOES NOT mean Enugu Folks are the LEADERS of Igbo People. It is ARGUABLE to say that Anambra State is the Leader of Igbo Folks and Enugu is the Capital of Igbo Land

It doesn't matter what the state wants to build, the must compensate for the right of use. Even if the are using it for one day. The still used your property. It is very stupid of you to be advertising your lack of knowledge. In your constitution the state must recognize the right of ownership of the citizens and due compensation given if the government wants to use said property. In a Democratic state anything to the contrary is completely illegal. Nigeria even though is classified as a democracy, the attitudes of the people is still dictatorial. You my friend is justifying that illegality. You as a citizen must fight to protect the rights of the citizens. What Soludo is doing is illegal and constitutes abuse of Power and against the oath of office that he took. He is actually in violation of the constitution of Nigeria and Anambra state. Ned media, please help me tell this government that we appreciate so much their efforts and vision for us but if the youths is not engaged in this it will never last long.
I mean one regime to another will different agenda and ambition.
Their should be a weekly debate and forum will different proposals and subject in finding solutions even in this every ugly situation that we are in. To be able to follow up with the plan knowing and understanding the the mission or fight being enable to withstand and contribute in the development around.
    I'm talking about
    Human resources.
    For eg.
Education is the key to success with no doubt is true but a particular system doesn't work out always.
Also we should have a mentor, someone who will keep us active in this race perhaps a competitor like china, Ghana, india, Japan, s.africa, Egypt, Morocco, Korea, dubai and USA.
There should be a way Infusing in us the benefits and importance to be among the top lists in every sectors and areas in agriculture
    Industrialization
    Sport
    Tourism
    Infrastructure
    Computing and data processing
    Security
    Transportation
    Energy and conservation
    Robotic and Artificial intelligence.
Including us common daily facing challenges
    refuse dumping
    Erosion
    Criminality
    Crimes and killings
    Illiteracy
    Poor living standards
    Life span
    Cultural deterioration
    Lack of patriotism. E.t.c
Finally, they need to seek for more advice, collaboration and Support but wisely done.
Laws are to be implemented in for favours of everyone the struggle not only for wicked and selfish aims.
E.g Anambra state government can create a web site, open a post offices, Radio or TV station, an entities that can access and process collected data, a chat or interactive platform accessbile to every one with their suggestion and solutions then the government can even place a prize on some solutions finding in other to gain more information and knowledge they can easily analyze it to see which will work more effectively.
E.g to solve poverty problem wealth need to be created. Probably having natural resources or human resources doctors engineers, common traders to a company owners sponsoring or supporting by state established entities that can being paying back to the state when neccessary.
To make wealth we need businesses.
To make a good business we need to go global to the rest of Africa and the world.
To solve crimes, criminal and corruption we need a strong democracy guided by law. If the law is ultimate then presidency is just a title and the president is just a citizen.
Plat form to report cases without identifying or tracking the reporter by the bad guys or even a free call network similar to 911 operating in the state in our locality.
Illiteracy there should be serious competition and prices to be won more frequently and a very dirty punishment for mal practice and cheating both the teachers and the students.
    Hunger then go farming.
The state government are able to produce food each for ourselves and for others but they have never tried to do it leaving it for individuals to take the risk perhaps due to lack of necessary and risks even the uncertainty they we preferred to do something easy with low income.
Government produce eg rice sell to us your citizens make money for our government instead other nations. Wisdom is far away from us.
This is a general advice to the whole public not only to Anambra state Government Africa as a whole, the World a large
Unit is strength. Government and her citizens together in one spirit, force, vision and mission will be more effective and efficient.
But Individually, The Citizens are struggling to make a living doing the jobs of the Government, And most government instead of being in the from lines are discouraging them by all means fighting them most especially with foreign policies copied from those developed countries.
Here is Africa hoping to grow.
Bad leaders or leadership then teach the young ones to be patriotic. A patriotic leaders can never betray their nation for any cost rather give their best sometimes even their lives for the sovereignty of their nations.
Employment and Gaining standard. if it's too difficult for us to start by our own quality and standards then it is easy to copy or collaborate e.g we can't make the whole process of manufacturing products like Phones, gadgets, electronics but can access their parts we can simply buy their parts in large quantities which results in huge deductions in prices then go back and assemble them use or sell it to others as well then with time we can eventually be able to fully manufacture them.
There are alot of people out there who have something important, different, special and unique to offer but there is no accessibility and opportunity to do so.
I know You have ever been encouraged so please encourage others.
    Make Africa Great.
