Crazy! I have been using color silk for YEARS! Not because it’s the most inexpensive but I find it to be better than others and the conditioner!?! Literally wish I could buy that revlon conditioner in a bottle!! All that said, I wanted a more chocolatey brown than what I could find in the color silk so I purchased the Féria French roast today! At Walmart, no less! 😆I initially read it and thought it was called French toast 🤣 🤣 🤣
Their conditioner is the BEST! I do really like the Feria as well. I have a new shade I will be posting soon. Espresso or something like that. I always wonder about the names. I want to be the person that makes these hair color names. 🤣
This has always been a favourite of mine. But here’s a tip. In a pinch if money’s tight or you can’t find this color, Revlon Color Stay in color Medium Golden Brown is Very similar almost spot on. So , hope this helps.💕 btw great video 🎉
You did an awesome review & representation. I chose like 4 colors all different brands and i always literally keep on hand a dark ash brown, light ash brown, black, blue black and a chocolate brown just in case. Ash tones cut brassy and red tones. My mom was a hair dresser since i was born & now just cuts families hair but sge taught me tgat Ash tones will cut the brass in a pinch. Keep toners by Wella brand on hand. I do recommend T18 or T14 depending on the situation. But i did buy this Feria French Roast #45 color. I remember my mother used it when i was a teen. I just turned 31 so its been around for over a decade definitely. She always died her hair a dark auburn with no brass. Naturally she is half Japanese, half Italian like & she has jet black hair Naturally. I have a natural medium brown hair color that at the top of my ears turns Naturally a auburn color. If summer it gets real light but always turns a beautiful auburn like my Sicilian father's hair. His hair is ayburn briwn at the roots on. Anyways im going to vlog my experience with this color either tonight or at 6am. I feel there are others out there with virgin hair like me & my type of natural color. Im curious hoe my medium brown roots will take the color & how my lighter auburn brown hair from my ears to my butt length will absorb & take this color. Needless to say the French Roast looked AMAZING on my mother! She always was an aunurn red dyed haired woman with pale skin like me & it looked so stunning that when i saw this shade at Target 2 days ago i had to buy it & try it. If its a fail i have 5 other bix dies to fix the issue and better it possibly ❤
I just got this color today, waiting for my patch test to be over so i can use it. I hope mine turns out like yours did because that color looks beautiful on you!
Thank you! I really think you'll love it! It's a beautiful natural bronze shade. Alot of times these types of shades look so fake and uncomplimentarty to the skin. Let me know what you think and thanks for watching!!
@manymanicures9101 Monday if all goes well I will be dying my hair after I get off work! I'm super stoked I haven't dyed it since I was 17 or 18 lol I'm 39 now. But I will keep you posted with the results! Im hoping it covers my grey scragglers I have throughout my hair lol
Looks good and natural. I’m trying to go a burgundy red myself from a dark brown and caramel ombré but I just haven’t made that jump 😔 soon I hope 🤞🏽 thanks for sharing ✨✨✨
@@manymanicures9101 I use a box with No ammonia. Clairol Textures and Tones…. I really liked it and don’t usually have any issues or problems with my hair ✨
One box did work for me but I have VERY thin hair. If your hair is thick or you have alot of it, I would recommend 2 boxes to ensure a full coverage application. I hope this helps!
This is probably the best review for a hair color I've ever watched. You hit the key points for me
Oh my goodness, thank you so much! This comment makes me so happy because I truly want to help others. Thank you for your support 💓🥰
holy 🎉 your hair is so healthy with this color! i think this is your best yet.
Thank you so much!!
@@manymanicures9101 np! i know you said it did dry out your hair, but it looks so nice on you.
Thanks for your honest review! This color does look amazing!
Thank you for watching! 🥰
I really like this hair color on you ❤ I recently tried the #40 deeply brown, and it's a very nice color too 😊
Thank you! I'm glad you like thr brand as well! Thank you for watching 🥰

@dezw510 I was pleased with the gray coverage. I'm 40 with a few grays here and there. Good luck and keep me posted!!
@manymanicures9101 excellent! Honestly I don't mind if they don't all get covered anyway I kind of like them lol
@dezw510 same! 😍
Wow, gorgeous 😮

Ooo that will be so pretty ! 💜❤ do you have a particular brand in mind that you prefer?

Very nice!
🤗😘
You did a good job 👍💮
Thank you!! 🥰
It does make you all crunchy....but the chocolate cherry is so worth it. Does it cover the grey?
Yes I was pleased with the grey coverage on this brand!
Bought this today i havent done it yet alittle nervous 😮 dows it have red hue to it in lighting
Definitely not red, but more of a medium golden brown. It's a really pretty shade!
What color silk shade do you use?
It was the Colorsilk #50 Light Ash Brown before i used this bronze brown
I have the same length hair, did one box cover it all.
One box did work for me but I have VERY thin hair. If your hair is thick or you have alot of it, I would recommend 2 boxes to ensure a full coverage application. I hope this helps!
Buying this today
You'll love it !
How did it turn out ? I just bought it today nervous 😮
What if I have dirty blonde hair
It'll still work great as long as your good with a medium brown color result 👍
How long time it lasts
About 6 weeks for me. But my hair is damaged from over processing so it doesn't hold color as well.
❤
Y’all anyone tryna help me? Like what do you do after you dye it do you just wait till your hair drys or?
You typically wait 20 to 30 mins and rinse the dye out. After that, condition your hair with the treatment in the box. I hope this helps !
