Hey guys, try going to Sunshine coast hinterland like Maleny, MontVille etc. There are few waterfalls around there as well. If you go to Noosa heads then you can hire a boat or a jetski and cruise around there for few hours. Also checkout Mt Coolum.
I have enjoyed your vlogs for some time, they are very well made and you are both obviously good people. As an Australian who spent many years working in the UK I feel that you should point out to your wider audience that you are making these videos in the middle of a Queensland winter. I should also suggest that you visit some of the grander homes in the hinterland.
if you do head up to Noosa, you should do the Noosa national park walk from Noosa Heads beach, up to Hell's Gates, then down along Alexandria Beach to Sunshine Beach. It's a really nice 1ish hour walk.
Another great winters day YES winter in Queensland it's a beautiful area. A lot of back burning is done in forest areas so in the summer time Queensland doesn't get so many bush fires. Shorts and t shirts are mandatory in WINTER in QUEENSLAND.

Cape York would be an amazing place to see. The top of Australia. Never been able to afford to my self but it would be an great adventure. A good travel aussie movie is Charlie and boots.

You must hit the water parks. They are awesome. Weather's looking good. 2.8c yesterday in Adelaide. Reminds me of back home in the UK.
