Yeah dude! You gotta upgrade to the 90g for the complete precision experience 😂 . My brother is in Barnes too. Trains with Fulham Run Club a bit I think. Good luck in Sweden.

When you start walking in the video, is that to lower your heart rate a bit, because you are talking to the camera, or just because you felt like it? :) Keep up the good videos and good luck for the 90k!
Do you think you will miss the South Downs mate, after moving to London? The area you are in is just one of the most amazing places. Good luck for the event and the move mate.
@@jamesday1 I'm not to far - Butser Hill and QECP is my playground so I'm in love with the South Downs Way and this area. London is never to far from the South as well so you have it all on the doorstep. Good luck indeed mate.

How do you calculate your running pace for races? Lets say a 100 miler? :)
Are you doing Kullamannen this year?
after doing a 100 miler, does 90k feel short?
Yeah, it's funny. It's still a big run but I wouldn't say I'm nervous about the distance. Running a 100 really puts things into perspective.
