Aren't you the gentleman that had a video that showed us how to build a Pull Out Couch?? (with slats?). ... and now you're showing this great video about a Kitchen... YEA... Thank you so much for sharing your great knowledge.
Looking now. Almost ready. Can't decide to try to find a motorhome I can afford, or find a van with good bones, and hire someone like you. Sixty plus years of working is getting to me. Love watching van dweller videos.
I am new here and I am so greatfull that we don't live fast like this video footage, more on the easiest lane ! Nice work you give new ideas on this stage of my built. ,!
Hi 🖐️ DualEx You are just the consumate Pro at what you do...so yes...very professional-looking work. Very well designed kitchenette. So looking forward to seeing the finished installations...Van Tour! Such a delight to watch you...take us there!! I'm excited 😊👍💯! Thank you for sharing. *Van🚐 Wings🦋*
I am hoepfully approaching the kitchen cooking stage this summer and contemplating putting in a hidden stove type setup, this video is really helpful, thanks. I prefer a lot of counter space, always have.
I know it’s never a good idea to be jealous of people who have talents that you don’t because there are so many talents that I don’t have. But I have to admit that I am quite jealous of yours. Good job you put a lot of thought and effort into this and it’s paying off.
Love the counter sunk stove, but here is another idea.....if you make that whole left side half of the top over the stove including the back portion, one piece that slides out on runners, you can use it as a table and work space. Might even be able to sit on bed and use the table. When your done it slides back and locks......or...the board shelf/drawer space over the fridge can slide out to make a lower table.
You are a natural born carpenter that knows how to cut corners and still come out with a professional looking product. Are you self taught on all of these projects? Either way you are very smart! Thanks for sharing this build, its very inspiring to see someone do a nice build on something other than a Sprinter, Transit or Pro Master.
Great video I have a suggestion for you Be sure and put the tape on the nipple of the propane hose when you connect it to the bottle every time so that the Gas doesn't smell and you don't get green gas on any thing
This is the 2nd video of yours that I've watched. Very impressive and inspirational work. I'm in the process of building my 2002 Dodge Ram Conversion Van. I've removed the walls and ceiling and just need to get the carpet and a couple of other remnants out before I start the insulation and paneling. Looking forward to watching more of your videos. Thanks! I'll keep in touch!
You are incredibly talented. If you work on other rigs I want to get on the list. Have an InTech Explore that needs a few modifications. Your finish work is awesome!!!
I have a cutting board/hot pan sheet made of a white non porous material that I think is melamine maybe. Something like that would be excellent on the underside (Upside when stove in use). Nice finish heat resistant so could be closed even right after stove is used. Hot pans or other stuff can sit on it when not with hot pans.
Do you have carpentry experience? Your craftsmanship is excellent. What's your turnover time for flipping camper vans? Me and my dad are considering it over in California. When I flipped mine in the past, I got all the materials off of OfferUp. Usually free.
Very nice...your work is definitely quality professional work. I bet you are going to be getting so much work for the van, school buses and even converting trailers after people watch your videos. I subscribed and shared your video. Wishing you all the best from Texas.
Your kitchen is looking great! You are so good at woodworking, it always looks professionally crafted! Sometimes homemade things just look, well, homemade. You add nice touches to really dress it up! You are a skilled carpenter. Thanks for the great video, I look forward to your next one! Best wishes!
Hi, I enjoyed watching your video. You do a great job. It shows that you know what you do, it was very detailed and clear. Thank you for taking the time to create and upload your video is really appreciated.
Your work is🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽 Hope you’re still doing this in a year or two. I’ll be selling my house & hitting the road. Would love to have you build out my van. 👍🏽😊 can’t wait to see the finished product here.
Nice..i want to see builds with kitchen on door sides of vans and bed side behind driver seat..but I'll keep watching ya..and that set up would work by the door bc I def want my stove by the door, so, turn it around n there ya go😉👍✌
Before you attach that piece of wood in the front of the stove burner set up you should set a 10 inch skillet on it to see that it dosent interfere. Also with the sides. Lmk.. very nice set up looking good! Are you a cabinet maker? I see you have a helper.. ;) skillz
That is so beautiful! I just wish Amazon would ship that stove to Alaska, but they won't. But as I get my van build going, there are other products you are linked to that I will buy.
"Bro" Is that a 110 volt ac fridge? Are you running a relay to turn the inverter on when the compressor wants to start of just leave the inverter on when running the fridge? I'm building a van and your videos are very helpful. I'm setting up 240 watts of solar, 2 100 ah agm batteries, and 2500 watts inverter. I bought a battery isolator as well as a small generator, so I can charge with solar, engine, shore power, or generator. I haven't decided on a 12 volt dc or a 110 volt ac fridge. The 110 is more cost effective. Do you think the 110 would be ok for off-grid? Not living in the van, just trips. Your opinion would be helpful if you have the time to offer it. Thanks, Doc
Love your work. I'm nervous about the top being put down on top of the red hot Metal supports too soon after cooking? Also, If you put a wide pan or pot, are the sides and back still fire resistant enough ones the flames spreads out closer? Thanks for sharing! I like the couch and I have never built a thing in a van. So... I'm that guy that watches videos and never builds it... Because something could go wrong:)
is it dangerous for the wood to rest on the hot burners? Like say you cooked on them for 30 mins, then wan the extra counter space so you flip the wood back down onto the burners. Wouldnt that damage the wood, or cause the paint to melt/burn onto the burners once its finished?
What is the fire protectant used around the stove top called.... Name & brand please. I greatly appreciate it. You do great builds. Keep up the good work! 😃
I’m loving your videos - you’re a good teacher! I was wondering about the space btwn the fridge and the stove top. It seems it would make excellent storage for cookie sheets and cutting boards, or maybe a spice drawer?
Hi Love your videos I believe your skills are amazing! Wanted to know if you would also consider doing an old school bus conversion? How much you charge for that?
Great video as always. What would you recommend as a first jigsaw? Corded vs cordless? I noticed you have different tools by different manufacturers. Thank you.
? I have two more weeks until I start my van build project. My question is what are some changes of Improvement that you made from the first van to the second and why? Thank you.
Hey! I know this was a year ago, but I’m desperate lol. I ordered this same stove to use on my camper van and I have it installed and bought a propane hose but can’t figure out what fitting you used to connect the propane hose to the actual stove....do you by any chance remember?
My dimensions are very specific to the odd shape of this van so I haven’t been posting them. I’m planning on making some more general plans for all of my viewers at the end of my build before I start my next one
I just practiced and tried to imitate furniture that I’ve seen in the past. It all comes down to measuring properly and connecting the wood properly. I believe that anyone can learn what I know how to do. It just takes practice

You are doing an awesome job, I'm really enjoying watching your builds, as I sit here in mini van, that needs a make over. You have great ideas
That stove is awesome
Adding insulation the sides and top/bottom and a fan on the back of that fridge would cut runtime in half
You've inspired me to build my own bed in my Honda Element☆ I'm excited☆ thankyou and excellent job☆
Wow you're doing wonderful job on your Ktchen build. Looks 👍.

Okay but how did you build around the gas tank? Behind the driver side window? And what swivel base did you use (same van lol)

How much solar/batteries do I need to run a mini fridge like that?
One tip you might want to start doing.... stain both sides of the counter tops that lift up. They seem unfinished.
(In Scarface voice).." Who put this thing together?".."Dual"!.. Thats who..DualEx!"
