@@thefan4043 OK I'll give you context SPOILER ALERT: the final boss is omori (in the sunny/normal route) and if omori wins (saying you don't want to continue on the game over screen) the bad ending is unlocked, where he is thrown from the hospital terrace and that song plays in the background with the credits, Another thing that is also spoiler for more context is that Sunny ends up in the hospital because he had a fight with Basil in which they both ended up very injured and they fall unconscious
