Not so down to earth and humble…..Now I can’t even begin to imagine what that man must have been going thru in his own head. The human race also has men like you….unselfish and willing to sacrifice his entire existence. One that is willing to risk everything he will ever have known or ever will know, such as time with family, watching his kids grow, loving his wife, even his own life…. Not for someone he personally knows, but for the greater good of his country. Sure, if he doesn’t lay it all down…..someone else will. But u don’t think like that, do you ? "what dreams may come" always makes me cry.
My favorite movie of all time!!
that movie really makes you realize how profound love can be.... GREAT movie. i loved it too. Robin wS one of a kind
A very underrated movie.
❤ ooh!
One of my favorite movies❤RIP R. Williams. May your soul rest in peace
I love how, no matter what area of RUclips I'm at, any time I check out a video related to Robin Williams it's always filled with comments from people who experienced an incredibly touching moment with him. It's sad Robin Williams isn't with us anymore. Even so, his legacy continues.
i was just thinking the same...
I had the pleasure of serving him one night in Tahoe,Mr Williams was a very nice person.
I don’t like that joke; but that’s how comedy is. No one likes every joke
@@mixedmessenger9545tf are you even talking about?
@@Jodyjo99 I replied to the wrong comment. Thanks for pointing it out; it was the one about the tailor and the suit
I think that's kind of a given considering the level of influence these people have. Imagine having to tiptoe around strangers everyday of your life doing your best not to hurt their little feelings. It's a terrible position to be in if you ask me. I prefer my quiet life away from random people who can turn on you any given time
my friend was in a NY hobby store and a guy started asking him questions about this hobby, It took a minute to realize it was Robin Williams. Most down to earth guy ever.
He was is and always be missed. We love you Mr. Williams. RIP. ❤
The world has not been the same without him. How lucky we are that we got to witness his genius and experience the joy he brought to everything. RIP Robin…you are missed terribly.
As a kid and even adult I always loved his movies. So sad it felt like losing a family member 😞
As a kid born in ‘90, I grew up with Robin William’s incredible movies. I will always be grateful for being able to witness the magic he put into his roles, making it so realistic. “Jack” was my favorite movie growing up and watching it as an adult, it hits even harder and will never get old to me 🥹🥹 Rest in eternal paradise dear Robin, and a very sincere thank you 😥😥🤧
He was a fantastic actor, comedian, every movie he did put homeless to work as part of his perks, no one in Hollywood can touch the man, he's a god damn saint compared to creeps like Weinstein
Same goes for Steve Irwin. Both Robin and Steve are legends.
Sometimes i feel like he couldn’t handle all what he knows! Life is not easy for smart people
He was such a kind and humble person.
Sure do miss u bud 😢RIP Robin Williams. I’m sure he touched every life. He came in contact with what a legend.
“I don’t know how much value I have in this universe, but I do know that I’ve made a few people happier than they would have been without me, and as long as I know that, I’m as rich as I ever need to be.”
We love and miss you Robin.
Robin Williams was a great man. God bless him rest in peace.
Robin Williams was incredible, both as a comedian and an actor. Patch Adams is right at the top of my favourite movie list. I was shocked to hear he had passed. RIP Robin Williams.
i think my favorite was what dreams May come even though most consider that movie kind of cheesy. I've loved that movie since the first time I saw it. I remember being young and watching reruns of mork & Mindy and I just fell in love with Robin Williams totally and wholeheartedly. Nanoo nanoo, Mr. Williams. I hope your soul found the peace that your mind was always searching for. You are missed.
@@Heather_RenaI think we're around the same age (watching Mork and Mindy when we were young). What Dreams May Come is one of my faves too.
My uncle made friends with robin at a castle in Scotland. Many people were asking for photos and after he just wandered near my uncle they struck up a conversation my uncle treated him like just another man and they ended up catching up for dinner later that day. My uncle said he was one of the kindest most profound humans he ever met
What a story
What a beautiful story.
Wow that’s amazing!!! What a beautiful memory to have forever! ❤
Goodness 🥲
Candacraig...?
Every story I hear about Robin Williams makes me love him more. I miss that guy. I genuinely miss him like missing a friend. Crazy how much joy and humility he brought to the world.
He was the absolute best. That must have meant the world to Joe
A great man with a huge heart, and a supernatural of pulling you into moment.
RiP Mr Williams
I miss his movies, great actor, great person, great soul ,great human beeing
Fly high loved man🕊️
There will never be another Robin Williams. He's one of my favorites, too. It's so sad how he left to be with the angels. May he always rest in peace. ❤
Robin was a gift to humanity. I try to include “Be Kind. Always “ in my posts as Robin said it is how to live, because you never know what difficulties others are wading through.
The fact the guest knew that Joe was having a hard time talking about Robin Williams and immediately said," Man he would've loved that."
Shows that the guest has a big heart 💜
💖💖💖
And so do you for pointing that out😌
Must’ve*
We were lucky to have Robin we are all better for him being here
Robin Williams was pure GOLD, RIP you beautiful soul
The man gravitated to people who weren’t out for a selfie. Truly one of the greatest people on this earth. U r blessed having met him.
Robin Williams was such a GREAT Human Being
RIP Mr Robin.
You will always be the epitome of Joy.
He had a melancholic vibe hanging over him.
Yes He DoeZ!!!
What an honor it must be to have robin williams as a fan. Joe ur the shit. Much love from holland😊
I get chills every time I think about Robin Williams he's a hero, a saint, and a legand. I hope we as a people can cherish and let his legacy live on forever R.I.P Robin
Same. I get wispy even talking about him.
I share a birthday with Robin. Absolutely love that man, I miss him even though I’ve only met him twice. I do a lot of volunteer work with pediatric cancer patients and I crossed paths with him twice when he was granting Make A Wish wishes. Kindest, most genuine superstar mega celebrity I’ve ever come across, and I’ve met many people of that sort through various endeavors throughout my life. Robin was the real deal, truly a great man no matter how you want to define it. Rest in Peace, Legendary King.
Robin was a goat. They'll never be anyone else like him. I hope he's at peace now and that he knows he made millions happy even if he wasn't happy himself.
Damn you can see how emotional that makes him, night at the museum isn't the same anymore, jumanji isn't the same anymore, Ms doubtfire will never be the same, goodwill hunting will never be the same, dead poet society will never be the same, patch Adam's will never be the same, hook will never be the same, flubber, Aladdin, happy feet, a merry frigging Christmas, robots, and so many more movies will never be the same, we all miss Robin Williams.
Moscow on the Hudson another classic film of his that very few people know. He killed it playing as a Russian during the Cold War.
I cried the Day he died, he was so talented, I hope he is at peace.
What a gentleman. Such a kind human, I feel privileged to watch him in so many films as a young boy. Still all classics to this day ❤️
Rest in peace, Robin.. You are so missed..
He was such a genuine person who lived to make people laugh, thats why he will never be forgotten and will always be missed..
R.I.P Robin Williams, you were something special 😢❤
A warm kind person,So humble.
Loved Robin Williams..such a comedic genius! He is sorely missed!
Great actor too!
Respect for standing in line!🤙🏼
“I think the saddest people always try their hardest to make people happy because they know what it feels like to feel absolutely worthless and they don’t want anyone else to feel like that.” Robin Williams
The interview we all wanted. Robin Williams is one of the best!
So many great memories watching Robin Williams' movies in the 80s and 90s. Such a wonderful soul.
Such a genuine man lit up my childhood when it was dark
I’ll never forget where I was and how hard a cried when Steve Irwin and robin wiliams passed away.I was a kid and those two where my hero’s I wouldn’t know half the shit I know about animals and I would’ve be half has funny with out robin. The world was an alright place when those two were still here.RIP to the legends 🫡
As a 90s kid, RW is one of my favourite actors ❤😢
You were so blessed to have met such an amazing human being.
Man I can't believe it's almost been 10 years...
I still remember where I was when I heard he died... He was such a critical piece of the movies I watched as a child
Love the fact Joe is man enough to cry and show vulnerability. Break the stigma, its ok to cry bros
The happiest people are the most tortured sometimes
Not really. It's more like the saddest most suicidal people become comedians
@@michaelfarar4232 He wasn't sad and he wasn't suicidal. He had a disease that ate away at who he was and his mind. He chose his own dignified way out rather than succumb to Lewy Body Dementia. The fact euthanasia is banned forcing people who have terminal illnesses to end it alone and miserable instead of in a bed surrounded by family is nothing short of pure evil.
Then they're not really happy..they're tortured and putting on a front.
He was not depressed read up guys, not tin foil BS he had a far more complex disease LG syndrome 🙏💙
@@Mattenedyeah, lol. they fvxked up that “quote”…. BiGTiME.
humility is a great blessing
Man i never knew Robin personally but he has taught me so much. To know what he battled with hurts my heart. He has given me happy sad and very wholesome feelings. Rip to a legend
He was the funniest and best actor i have ever watched i wish he felt the happiness that he gave everyone that watched him maybe he would still be here with everyone rest in peace robbin williams
I met Robin once when I was 15. He was so kind and gentle and humble. He's the only famous person to die that made me cry uncontrollably. Great man.
Guy was a genius! R.I.P
Robin Williams GOAT of comedy
I used to like his acting abilities but I never found him to be funny at all.
He was just manic and irritating on stage in my eyes.
@@phatheffer3439right… I wouldn’t take that title off of someone who actually deserve it.
@@copypaste_pro Oh he definitely deserves the accolades and GOAT title he gets. The man was talented and an incredibly hard worker; a master of his craft.
I just *personally* never found his stand-up routines funny at all. But i did find him fascinating to watch.
@@phatheffer3439 not the GOAT of stand up comedy… change my mind.
@@copypaste_pro I have no interest in changing your mind. You can think whatever you like; it's of no concern to me.
Such a sweet gentle soul, he will always be forever missed....
I miss him so much! My favorite all time celebrity. He was EPIC
He was a genuine person. One of my friends was his girlfriend. He made her non-funny parents LAUGH at a home dinner. He thought of the other person before himself. Humble.
I doubt that
There isn't one person that I appreciated more than Robin Williams. He was epic. You never know that a person who is so talented and brilliant struggles behind the scenes with depression. 😢❤
Laughter is one of the greatest uses for those of us who suffer from depression!
Amazing man gone way too soon. RIP 🙏 Robin, his movies were all awesome. Goodwill Hunting is one of my favorites of all time.
I met him a year b4 he passed… humble, kind and surprisingly very calm. I was so in awe of him n he was so sweet. I hope he found peace. Rip robin
Its that time, like at 1:30 or 2:30am, when depressed people are at the lowest - that nothing makes sense. And there’s no one to call or no one checking up. After you spent 6 or 7 hours in ur own head convincing urself ur worthless - man, I’ve had a few friends kill themselves. And I’m always shocked.

Hope you plan to watch more by him. You will probably love Mrs Doubtfire 😊 it's one of his most popular movies. Also Dead Poets Society.. One Hour Photo.. RV.. Merry Friggin Christmas with Joel McHale
When Robin Williams passed that was the first and last time in my life crying for a celebrity death. I hope he found peace and touched many
