I don't mean to be rude but I can't understand how the winner also won the best national dresses costume because she was just wearing a dress(no big deal) and thier were some fabulous national costumes.
One of the costume judges said that the dress reminded him Queen Sirikit (King Rana IX's queen consort and King Rama X's queen mother)'s formal dress which was so stunning gorgeous.
Nice opening but only 66 delegates was a low number of contestant maybe could be taiwan was not recognized for lot of country could be a reason bout that low number of delegates
