Synopsis of LoVE

synopsis of LoVE (Ladies of Valour and Excellence)
I have the vision to mobilise 100,000 women to come together as a community / collective to break the barriers of underrepresentation, inequality, poverty and feminine stereotypes.
My mission is to create this community where women can be trained, supported by their peers, empowered to stand in their own right and become the top in their careers, businesses or chosen vocations.
The purpose of the community is to help women to help other women (together we are stronger) to be more prominent in male-dominated arenas including the top of the Forbes rich list and trailblazers in Engineering, Entrepreneurship, Finance and much more.
My target is to have 20,000 women in the community in 12 months which will generate a gross of £349,400
My long term vision is to have 1,000,000 members over the continents of Europe, the USA, Africa and Oceania and rotate our annual conferences in those continents. I also aim to have a private members club (physical building) within the community on the said continents.
I am very excited to be on this journey and I am passionate to achieve this not just for the community but for my family as well. This will give me the opportunity to reach my personal goal of leaving my day job by the end of 2022.
