I listened yesterday to this mantra and fall asleep. Woke up coughing abd clearing my throat. It took me about 20 min with non stop cough. But this morning I woke up at such ease and peace. I cannot remember when I felt that light. Listening again. I think it's healing and unblocking my chakras.
I listen to your mantras daily.. it truly has put me in a state of mind that brings a different type of peace and just all around calmness.. I’m disturbed when I miss a day.. this one had me in a mind frame of “what is this” and I felt a sensation through my back.. sort of throbbing but no pain.. very calm throughout my body .. A combination of these 5 are in my life daily now since I discovered your channel 3 months ago. I embarked on a voracious crash course in Hinduism since, and I’m very pleased to say my life feels more comfortable. I’m not healed, and things certainly haven’t gotten to where I desire. There’s still a lot of problems but even the slightest release of the pressure is better than nothing. I’m also inspired to know my studies of Hinduism have been strong, as I have these 5 (and Kamdev) literally playing each day everyday so that means I excused hundreds of other mantras on RUclips and came down to the very ones you offer here. My discernment has been sharp. Thanks for all you do, you know I’m grateful, I comment often.

Actually 108 is auspicious and mathamatic universal mark...Thats why hindus and bhuddhist chant mantras to 108 mark..If u wish u can chant more 108 rounds also..But make sure u do not stop with 107 or 101 odd mark is sufficient....You can make 108 + 108 + 108 as much as u please also if u wish and this is not wrong i hope u understood about how many time u need to chant ( minimum 108)
Also try to follow a specific deity if u chanting on regular basis for heal from anything....Choose Vishnu with ganesh Or Durga with ganesh as an all-around common deity..Lord Ganesh should be worshiped before u worship any deity because Lord Ganesh will improve by time ur devotion to any specific deities plus he is more importantly a good luck god because he responds quick and remove burdens by removing of any kind of immediate obstacle. It is very easy to please Ganesh. There are other deities also but since u follow this mantra i do not want to confuse u...Further details pls ask dr dhyan guru..
