    《Ingredients》
    Pork eye round 160g
    Green and red pepper, Korean chili, mushroom, baby bamboo, onion
    Potato starch, egg, cooking oil, salt, pepper, oyster sauce
    《Recipe》
    1. Slice 160g of pork eye round into thin strings and squeeze to get rid of moisture
    2. Coat the meat strings with 1 spoon of potato starch, egg(according to the video), cooking oil
    3. Slice 2 green pepper, 1/2 red pepper, 1/2 onion, 2 seedless Korean chili, 2 mushrooms, and baby bamboos into strings.
    4. Stir fry the coated meat on the heated pan.
    5. Keep the meat on separate bowl when it’s fully fried.
    6. Put in 2 spoons of chili oil, 2 spoons of meat oil (from step 5), 1/2 spoon of soy sauce, 1/2 spoon of salt and all veggies into the pan and stirfry.
    7. Finally put in the meat from step 5 and 1.5 spoon of oyster sauce (2.5 spoons if eating with steamed rice) into the pan and fry with veggies.
