Blessings to your dad on his birthday! After a long day of work I saw that there was a new Big Trash Journal video. It is now evening here, but what a wonderful way to end the day to look at the big Trash Journal. And the funny thing is that we also have a Coop here. Here it is an ordinary grocery store. ❤
Jolanda, I'm glad I provided some evening time entertainment for you. You're very lucky your local store is a co-op. My local grocery is a chain grocery store, but I think I will shop at the co-op more often now. Less packaging on produce and bulk goods and more organic food. Yum! 🩷🩷🩷

Thank you Donna! Yes, county fairs are the best. We will only get to go two or three times, but at least that's better than none! LOL. I love the food at our fair. It's provided by local civic groups so it's usually homemade and inexpensive. Of course my hubby and I will be playing bingo every night too! 🩷🩷🩷
This is looking great Helen. I made a small one the other day after I watched your video. Have to laugh about Holly and the cat TV. My Rosie is also about 12 and is totally disinterested in playing 🐈 . Whereas Hammy who’s a 2 year old boy kitty 🐈⬛ is like a whirling dervish! Blessings to your dad on his birthday! 🤗

Yay! This book makes me happy. There’s an older song by the Micheal Gungor Band called You Make Beautiful Things. Chorus is “You make beautiful things out of dust, you make beautiful things out of us.” It has come to mind while I am creating my own trashy book as that’s what we are doing with trash. And what our Creator God does with us. He takes all the pieces of our lives, good and bad, and makes a masterpiece. Selah 😊. Blessings, Liz.

Diane, you are right that even trash journals are memory journals of a kind. Unless one only used packaging that was given to them, then there would be no connection. I have enough of my own trash though so I don't have to worry about that. The dehydrated peaches are like candy. They are so good! 🍑🩷🍑

Just started watching- not sure if you even used the handles from your bag... but those Unfold, and are quite useful in our journals. Tags, backs of journal cards, pieces for collage, backers for Polaroid style picture frames! Those folded paper handles are plentiful in real estate paper.😉✌🏼
Patricia, I did not use the handles but I really appreciate the tip because those kinds of bags come into my life all the time. I guess the folds in the paper would make great texture in a collage too! 🩷🩷🩷
