Hi Helen! congrats on finishing your journal!! Its always so hard for me to finish a journal... the last pages are always bare lol! It's that time again to start a December journal, been thinking I might start that this weekend. Be blessed and happy crafting 🥰
My "trash" is not too cool or very abundant either-- we're so deprived. 🤣🤣🤣"This is junk mail" is pretty nifty as is the '80s cow. Great-- almost done!! 😄
Thank you Jolanda. Yes, the Big Girl is almost done. I'll try my best to finish her within the next two weeks so I can do the flip through. Oh, and I want to start another trash journal! LOL 🩷🩷🩷
Hi Helen that was a fun spread. In my first years of teaching I was sent to the country and listening to the local stock and station report on the radio was the weekly fun. I’m in the middle of another virtual art retreat which is keeping me occupied. Hope you’re feeling better soon friend! 🤗
Hello Janine! I'm so happy that you are taking time for yourself to do the virtual art retreats. I am signed up for the year long art journaling class called Wanderlust for 2025. I'm so excited to get started. Isn't it great that we can learn so much on the internet while wearing yoga pants?!? LOL🩷🩷🩷
Gah! I LOVE YOUR TRASH JOURNAL!!! You said your trash is boring, but I kept seeing stuff that I never see here in the midwest! However, I have heard the local "daily farm report," usually on a country radio channel. That's what you heard, only here, it focuses not only on beef and pork prices by the lb. (you guessed right, I think), but wheat, soybeans, and corn. Farm auctions are huge here in Missouri, too! Keep on gluing, Helen -- it's fantastic therapy! Cheers!!
Hello Lucy! I'm so glad you live in a rural enough community to have the farm report too. It's funny how everyone else's trash looks better than our own. LOL. I hope you are getting inspiration and playing along with me. 🩷🩷🩷
Rhonda, I'm honored to be a part of your Friday night entertainment! I hope you are playing along with me, or at least finding inspiration for your next art time. 🩷🩷🩷
The cow is an adorable addition to your trash journal Helen 🐄💖 Happy trash hunting 🤗
