46 stitches 37 staples 4 bottles of super glue and 3 hours of wound debridement and this person is feeling much better.

i just bought a pair and did the glass test. just a broken bottle I found on asphalt. i was fine :P believe in technology, peeps. and if you don't believe me, invest $40 and get a pair. they are easily as good as my classic Vibrams. difference with the Vibrams was that a hawthorne went right through the bottom and skewered my foot... im pretty sure a rusty nail would do that for these, since the pressure isn't as distributed as with glass.

I'd like to see the same with only "one" piece of broken glass, the one you're not suppose to tread on but you eventually do, and you're happy to have a good pair of shoes at that moment, with a solid thick rubber sole. You know, the one that's planted in the ground in the shape of the shark tooth : will it go through your skinner-equipped foot as through a pat of butter ?

      >You know, the one that's planted in the ground in the shape of the shark tooth
I've been on multiple barefoot/minimalist forums with thousands of people who run hundreds of miles every year. This has happened to literally no one. And even if there was a random "sharktooth" perfectly placed by a psychopath or nail going straight up your average Nike's aren't going to stop it unless it has a steel sole. People worry about the 1 in a trillion risks and ignore the fact that thick foot coffin shoes cause millions and millions of orthopedic injuries and surgeries. Studies show a linear correlation with the price of a shoe (ie the thickness/"technology") and injury rate.

i realy like the idea because i dont feel good wearing shoes for long time because of heat and swet and.... but i cant belive that they are shockresestant. same for the video with lego. they looks realy thin and you can just roll them together so you cant tell me that it dont hurt like shit to jump on lego or even walk over a stone or on hard underground

Toe stubbing worries me more than anything, thats why I have opted for the vivo over these. I do like the concept, but the lack of cover over the front of the foot just puts me off.

Vivos are overpriced garbage 🗑️🔥 I've had two different models primus lite 3 and the tracker. Both came apart in some way after light use.

I have 7 couples through. The first 6 were very thin and you could see in 4 of 6 right after unpacking through the sole when you have held them against the light ... small holes ... at the 7th pair, from skinners direct and new batch incl thicker sole, the holes and wet feet were protected the first 5 days. After 5 days the sole is broken ... plz dont try this at home

I seen people walk on glass with bare feet. Also this proves nothing unless you take off the socks to show no harm is done in real time, so u not hiding no medal in them.

Right, I also walk over glass in abandoned buildings. If you get hurt or not, always depends on the shape of the pieces of glass and how you place your feet.

Umm I need to see the feet afterwards though. I need proof. I mean some people can walk barefoot on hot ashes but this? Just saying but I really like the idea, the video just needs improvement.

I guess so, without wounds, but it is not without a pain... :) I would say it is similar to bulletproof-vest - I still feel discomfort on a lot of surfaces, and it does not need to be sharp as glass... Also I would not recommend concrete and asphalt for long walking... But they are very good..
