If F5 appears within about 10 seconds of heating or hotwater being called for its almost always the PCB and no 240v to fan ...if it's intermittent then the fan Venturi can be adjusted
Poor boiler, I started changing the o rings on the condense heat exchanger on these years ago when they first come out, only to get a recall that they were leaking again a few months later.

Maaann, I replaced the fan on mine after seeing it try to start spinning but not. Then the new fan didn't spin up so I bought a multimeter and tested the 240v to find it wasn't receiving full voltage so replaced the PCB. Now the fan is spinning up but still getting the F5 error... I swear this things gonna drive me insane, but time to test the pressure switch :(
Hi mate, i had same problem on this boiler, im only getting 25v at the fan harness.
Have the same fault my ferroli i29 today tested all i can ! No power to fan most likely a board fault 😖 time for a new boiler 😡
Very poorly made, water leaks from most joints. constant problems. Engineers do not know how to fix it. They change parts until it works.
