What a ball ache, that’s the kind of job you go home lying in bed thinking it over, as you say if one boilers working fine it has nothing to do with pump positions or the low loss header, can’t wait to see what the out come was.

This vid is almost 2yrs old , these boilers haven’t failed once since then , part 3 next Sunday, this put me off these boilers

During the course of this repair Vaillant changed , pcb twice , gas valve twice , electrodes nothing fixed it

is it possible the return primary pipe size should be 28mm and the right boiler is nearer connector so it sucked much more water and left less water to left boiler, so left boiler is not circular good ? is it possible switch off right boiler and test left boiler only to see whether it can be work only.

The boiler piping is symmetrical across the primary loop the llh, rule of thumb 1st boiler into llh should be last out , so equal restrictions against each pump , turns out to be nothing to do with circulation part 3 next week

Sounds like PCB to me, if you checked sensor, pump etc leads to pcb faulty that what i would be suspecting
