Fixing Terminator Salvation Arcade Gun Tracking

I have a Play Mechanix Terminator Salvation 42" that is doing a terrible job tracking gun movement. This is my attempt to solve it.
Please help this RUclips channel with a like and a subscribe (and maybe leave a comment). It helps the algorithm recommend these videos to more people.

I got a similar aliens armageddon machine and the crosshairs are stuck in the middle of the screen, any ideas?

What happens when you go into the system and do a gun test?

I have the same machine and the sound is very low tried new speaker same problem not sure where to start any help would be great!!

I assume you've messed with the volume controls in the software.
If I recall, the sound comes from the computer via patch cable to an amp. I believe that amp had a volume pot. Try unplugging the phono jack from the computer and plugging it into a phone or something you know has a good audio output. If the volume is still low, then the problem is at the amp or possibly the patch cable. Find the volume knob (which I think it has) and mess with that or replace the cable.
That's what I would try first.
