One of my favorites from skillet. They dont have too many solos, but when they do its short and to the point :)

They have a fair few, I'd say almost half, if not more, have solos. Some longer ones too (Whispers in the Dark, Circus for a Psycho are examples).

Ben Kasica played the Whispers in the Dark solo though. Seth Morrison has some great solos too (Circus for a Psycho, Not Gonna Die, I Want to Live, The Resistance, Back to Life, etc.)

Yeah the rhythm guitar in Skillet for most of their songs is fairly straight forward. The solos make the songs a lot more fun to play!

Thanks so much! I just record over the original tracks and then play around with compression and EQ on my guitar tracks so they're heard well but not drowning out everything else.
Haha and that's actually a Lugia pixel art from Pokemon Silver! What you can see there is a bit of its arm/wing. You can see the whole thing in some of my videos where I play standing up :)
