i think that's still solid advice, but elbow being down in relation to the ground is not necessarily bad. he's throwing on a lot of hyzer, so the followthorugh is going up, so the whole swing will be going upward. And his elbow and wrist are aligned for that kind of angle. If his elbow was up in this throw he would be throwing flat. And in fact his elbow is pretty close to being up, in relation to his torso, which is leaned forward a lot. Usually what happens when people let the elbow sink lower is a swooping motion cause by the shoulder not holding it's position and collapsing. Then the arm will fall out of alignment, which is the real issue.
