First time I heard you was when I lived in Sacramento. Your music is eternal and your performances are the complete experience in music entertainment. Thank you for the music. Freestyle Forever!
I'm 26 years old and I will never forget the day that I found my father's old mix-tapes of your songs. I think I was about 14 when I found them. I used to put them in the kitchen radio cause that was the only thing that I had that could play them. My little brother and sister and I used to listen to them all day. Now it's been over a decade and I can't believe that I still blare your songs as I drive along with the windows down. For me they are truly timeless. You've been one of my greatest inspirations as an aspiring musician and an artist. We're going to meet one day. I know it. Then I can thank you in person for changing my life all those years ago.
Greetings Mr.Lamont ...I'm a big fan of your voice and freestyle!!!....STILL HAVE THAT SAME LOVELY VOICE AND THE LOOKS !!!...GOD BLESS YOU ...WHAT A LEGACY ..WHAT A TALENT!!... UNFORGETTABLE MEMORIES OF MY CHILDHOOD!!
I'm in Afghanistan and I have made some of the people here actual start to enjoy your music and your voice. Especially your remix of "Don't Stop Believing" originaly sung by Journey blew them away. Keep singing you have a voice for the ages. Many blessings to you.
George are you listening to your voice in real time with no delay in your ear plugs? Because in some of your live performances there's an noticeable fluctuation and I know you have a good voice.
In my In ear monitor I have my dry vocal 60% music 40%. Every system is different and some have latency. But i can only tell you what I'm listening to. That question would best suitable for the engineer mixing the house sound. which I would love to control but can't.
As a kid growing up in Brooklyn, Noel was Elvis, TKA were the Beatles, and George LaMond was Sam Cook, always on-point, smooth, and a power-house with the vocals. Latin Freestyle music was diverse in nature and all in NY loved it! My wife I and drove up to New York a couple of years back from DC so we can catch the original Kings of Latin Freestyle, you and K7 perform, and you guys rocked it as always!!
The best all around Freestyle artist right there 😎 My Rank: My Favorite = Coro The Kings = Johnny O and Steavie B The Queens = Cynthia and Lil Suzy The Best Groups = TKA and The Cover Girls But the best all around is George Lamond.. dude could hit any note and was flawless singing. AND!! did it in Spanish to.

The music of New York City is your hometown in The Bronx. And the old school freestyle music is big of the favelas in Rocinha, in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. The residents who lived in the favelas and going to cities of New York and Miami of the better lives. The freestyle music artists make the kids safe from the ghettos of the favelas in Rocinha with drug lords and the murders of the gang violence in Complexo do Alemao in Brazil.🇧🇷💙💛💚
Georgie man! Marcy place lol you awesome JT...angel's brother. Remember me! I'm still listening to your music & freestyle, nothing Like the oldies! It's time to bring it back! Take care peace ✌️
Wow, I didn't know George Lamond was a Mets fan. If my dad had stayed living in Elizabeth New Jersey, I would of ended up rooting for either the Mets or the Yankees. That would of felt quite strange for me.
We grew up together we used to go to your house all the time, me and Kenny ...been over 20 years since I've seen you or Kenny but I'm glad you're doing well.
Oh man, I’ll never forget the days of spinning your jams on B91 Kingsborough Community College radio station in Brooklyn back in 90. If I didn’t get called to FDNY to be a firefighter I would have definitely went for a career in mixing freestyle and hip hop on the radio. You were a huge inspiration for me. DJ’in and freestyle kept me out of trouble as a wild teen. I still To this day have all your singles on 12” vinyl. Once in a while I get the urge to set up my 1200s and do a freestyle set in my living room. Here in Daytona Beach regular radio sucks.

Saw your show at Radio City and was amazed how good your voice is and the fact that you didnt sing to a backing track along with the original lead vocal line is beyond impressive, i would like to see you perform on your own do you have any solo shows coming up ?
