I somehow forgot to mention how it annoys me to no end how the seasons no longer have names. Would it have seriously killed them to give the dragons rising seasons names. It also annoys me how the ninja stopped using the temple of airjitzu as there base without any explanation

4:53 These “two guys” are self-inserts of the at-the-time main writer Bragi Schut (who also wrote the Escape Room films… wtf?) and the at-the-time main producer and creator of Ninjago, Tommy Andreasen. When he (Tommy) left Ninjago to work on Lego Dreamzzz, he released a painting of himself waving goodbye to Wu while holding the Teapot of Tyrahn.

As a German myself, I think they released the books and DVDs only over here to make up for the terrible German dub of Ninjago.

Why they would change her name to “Coco” is still so weird. But I bet you could do a whole video on how weird the movie is lol.

@@Jacks_game_room I have thought about it. The Ninjago movie is just so eh. It’s easily the weakest of the four Lego movies. It’s not an awful movie or anything. It’s perfectly serviceable but that’s all it is. It’s just mediocre with Garmadon easily being the stand out since he’s hilarious. As a Ninjago movie it’s completely awful. The only things in common between the movie and the show are some character names. By itself, it’s just whatever

@@theghostwiththemost789 yeah it’s just so weird. It feels like it was made out of obligation more than anything.

@@Jacks_game_room The Ninjago movie just feels so fundamentally wrong with what it is. It is not a Ninjago movie in the slightest as the only thing it has in common with the show are the character names Which is obviously very disappointing to the fans and people who watch the movie who would want to get into the show would then realize that the movie and show are nothing alike. Like imagine finding out one of the things you love the most most is getting a movie and then the movie is completely different in every way except for character names (I feel like you can relate to that in someway lmao). Like I assume the entire point of the movie was to make money obviously, but also to get new people into the show but The movie isn’t even Canon to the show as it’s completely different And of course they had to do that Hollywood thing where they replace all of the voice actors from the show with famous people even though the main audience of the movie is kids and kids don’t give a crap about famous people

@@theghostwiththemost789 yeah I hate adaptations that don’t bother researching and making a faithful movie/show/game/etc. it’s not that hard! As a superhero guy, I’ve experienced it a lot. The moon knight show to this day frustrates me so much because it could’ve been so cool, but they literally admitted they didn’t care about the lore and just wanted to do whatever they wanted.

@@Jacks_game_room I know right it’s so annoying! It’s really not that hard. Either do the research or just get people who are actually fans of the thing. I’m not a big superhero guy (all of my DC knowledge comes from the Lego Batman games and the Harley Quinn show) but I absolutely love Spider Man. Especially the Tom Holland movies. Do I like those ones the most because he’s the hottest? I will neither confirm nor deny that. Fr tho I find the Tom Holland movies to be the sharpest out of all the Spider Man movies. I’ve heard the fourth one is going to be another Multiverse thing which has me pretty worried. No way home was great but I feel like we really need more down to earth movie after that
