Organic hydroponics: Hydroponics using organic fertilizer

- We have developed organic hydroponics technique. In this technique, organic fertilizer can be added into hydroponic solution. Organic fertilizer is degraded to inorganic nutrients by microbial ecosystem in the hydroponic solution. It had been difficult to add organic fertilizer directly to water and degrade it into nitrate, but with the MPM method we developed, it can be reliably degraded into nitrate.

Ive been looking into organic hydroponic, very little info. This isvery helpful.
Thanks so much!
I will apply it for my garden
👍
There is a product called Agrothrive that is predigested by bacteria and contains them as well. I use a medium of 1/3 coco coir rehydrated with boiling reverse osmosis water (I do this in a large pot/kettle to kill any bacteria to ensure I start with only the cultures I want, then add 1/3 vermiculite. I prefer to add vermiculite at this step as it absorbs the water better and expands. Then add 1/3 perlite. Stir it with anything you desire, just make sure if you use your hands wait for it to cool a little and test it a little at a time. Use a thermometer into the soil as deep as the probe can go if you want to be safe. Mix thoroughly. The gold flakes from the vermiculite at my favorite. Once it has cooled down to about 100°F-110F (where it feels warmer than body temperature but comfortable) I add Great White Mycorrhizae powder to the mix and stir. I have never used more than a teaspoon for 2 gallons of media as it multiplies on its own with food. You can use any commercial mycorrhizae product you can find but I suggest powder as it's easier to keep on the shelf. But you DO NEED it as they make everything happen and you need a blended culture. I use Agrothrive Fruit Fertilizer you can get on Amazon. It is very potent for hydroponics and I use about 8 oz for 15 gallons of nutrient water for my strawberries and lettuce and they are thriving. I use a top fed drip system and I use 2 large air stones (18 inches long each) with a medium sized air pump rated for 30 gallons and an aquarium heater that self regulates temperature in the 70°F+ range for tropical fish as this is perfect for roots and the bacteria! I use a pond pump connected to garden drip line tubing and use a top fed drip system with ordinary garden drip heads at 1 gallon per hour and I run individual tubes over each net pot filled with the media. It works great! I wish I could post a photo!
Very interesting! ☺️
Hoping to see more research by you. This is amazing for aquaponics. Not possible for RAS though. Must be segregated. Only works with DWC & fully aerated
Fish fertilizers can absorb nitrogen energy. I found this out during a class making foliar sprays. The addition of fish fertilizers allowed for a higher amount of nitrogen to be added. I did trials with organic hydroponics about ten years ago and am going to be setting up a full system this year.
Goodluck. Hoping to see the results!
amazing
amazing arigato gozaimasu! aloha
So did you ever look at the PH during your testing? I don´t think you mentioned it in your paper.
Já fizeram estudos do biofertilizantes do biodigestor, que tem alimentação de vísceras de peixes, dejetos de peixes e cavalos?
is any different from a compost tea??
i will soon be growing cannabis hydroponically but have been researching for organics.
i was thinking of a compost tea mix similar to what you show
Peace be upon you. Is it possible for a method that you used for hydroponic cultivation, and what components did you use for a hydroponic system, and how can these materials be used?
Interesting it doesn't take a rocket scientist to understand that the more colorful lettuce grown with the natural fertilizer would be better for your health.
Making such claims as everyone does is meaningless without data to back it up. The Brix readings shown here are terrible. growing in a greenhouse can be one problem. Improper nutrient content/balance is another.
Have you published a paper with the results of your experiments? I would be very interested in your methods and results!
Thank you. Please read below.

A Brix of 3.1 is really sad.
