My three kids do sanda it should be more popular because it's a martial art that really works just because it's name isn't posh a lot of silly people judge it by that I know the isn't a martial art in the world will truly beat sanda on the feet hence why it's takes a lot of years to earn a black belt sash in sanda from a proper instructor thanks for the video 🙏

There is alot of arts that can beat Sanda stand up but it's all about the person using the art.
