    Hey Marlon. Do the prices you give include the lot premium? Don’t really care for the front elevation but do like the stonework. Like the formal dining and butlers pantry pass through. Beautiful open concept. Usually don’t like contrasting cabinets but these work. Butlers pantry needs a sink. Very spacious pantry. Loved the extended covered lanai. Definitely add a pool and outdoor kitchen. Nice guest bed, walk-in closet and bathroom. That’s a lot of stairs. 8, landing and 8. That first bath is huge. The bedrooms are walk-in closets are large. This home is 3500+ sq ft. No reason bathrooms should be shared. Plenty of room to scale down a smidge on the bed and walk-in closets that each bedroom has its own en-suite. Spacious owners and en-suite. Ditch the tub and give me a bigger shower and a linen/towel. The staging kinda played this home down. Very pastel and neural but beautiful. Definitely needs some splashes of color. Lovely home. Just a few minor changes to make it my own. Thanks so much and see you next video v

      The starting price on this floorplan is $495K without the lot and design and structural upgrades. This model shown here with the lot and these upgrades would come up to around $600K if you were to try and build it to be the same.

    lol you should shy away from guessing dimension sizes for spaces - you're highly inaccurate majority of the time man.

    Marlon the refrigerator space for a house that size is not efficient. Is it possible for a bigger refrigerator space.

      I forgot to mention that's only a temporary fridge because of supply issues with appliances. The space itself would be the same but the fridge would be bigger to fit the space.
