My girlfriend bought me one of those Tyranitar V tins from GameStop for my birthday about a month ago. It came with 2 Fusion Strike and 3 Evolving Skies. I was down to my last 2 Evolving Skies packs without having pulled anything yet. I open my second last ES pack and I see a silver corner. I get excited and do the slow roll. I pull the Umbreon VMAX 214/203 (a pretty expensive card). I'm stoked with this hit and think that this must be the hit of the box so I don't expect to pull anything from the last ES pack I have left. So I open the last pack, do the card trick, and start ripping through. I get to the last card again and do the slow roll. I see another silver edge. I pull it back and I hit the Sylveon VMAX alternative art (212/203) !! It was a crazy tin with extraordinarily good luck that just so happened to be a birthday gift !
Sometimes i wonder if they weigh these packs. I remember buying these tins when they were a 4 pack Costco tin exclusive out of 20 packs got 2 pulls. 1 of the 2 hits was the Charizard v alt art so i couldn't complain lol
Thats crazy. I got the same 4 tins from Costco for my birthday last month. They got them last Christmas. I also pulled the Charizard alt. I just went to Walgreens the other day and they had the Darkrai/Snorlax 3 pack mini tins. I pulled the moonbreon from the Darkrai tin. 😮 So get to Walgreens because they have evolving in their. I believe it was one of two of the packs.

Weird how your GS is still charging $19. I think most have 'em for $15 now. If they don't price match, you can buy them online and set it for in store pickup and get that online $15 price. Rough opening but the number of pulls in the end for 30 packs was about right for those sets. We always hope for better, tho. Better rarely comes for me lately when I rip. It's getting frustrating.
This was actually filmed several weeks ago before the price got reduced to $15 but I did open more after the price drop. My video upload schedule got moved around with obsidian flames getting priority for a while
