What bothers me is when they both blame John for bad business decisions. As if they weren't relatively grown men and could chime in and have a say. They have both blamed John for the Saul Zaentz (sp?) contract gone bad as if they weren't capable of reading that contract and saying no. IT TAKES ALL FOUR TO MAKE CCR THE WAY THEY WERE. None of them, even John, are quite as good without that particular dynamic. Tom, Stu, and Doug should never be discounted as valuable members of that band...no matter how tempting it is to do so. I don't think any of these guys really want to bad mouth each other. I notice the interviewer is usually the one who pokes those issues.
