I llike the idea of a series of smaller paintings. I really am drawn to your more watered down colors/pigments - they have a beautiful quality to them. THank you!! I will paint this and look forward to the next ones.
I love these small projects. Doesn't overwhelm me so much. I am having difficulty getting the color mixes you are getting. I am using Windsor Newton professional but can't seem to get the same colors that you are achieving. Will keep trying.
Thanks Rick - another one done in the mini series. These are great to have when I don't have a lot of time to paint.
Thanks Rick, I love these mini series paintings. More places to get more familiar with color mixing and techniques

Really enjoy these mini paintings…a nice size for when we need a change from painting larger
Thank you for this series. I always enjoy learning about your landscape techniques especially how you use warm & cool colors to create interest.

What do you recommend same similar color for me with your Royal Blue?
@@robinsamuelson3626 I use prussian blue and seems to work fine.
I really like these “minis”. What brushes were you working with?
Awesome thank you
Can't hear you!!!
I would suggest hearing aids as I can hear him perfectly.
