Driving on Barakhamba Road, Akbar Road & India Gate Circus - Delhi, India

- Name of roads we drove on are Barakhamba Road, Copernicus Marg, India Gate Circus & Akbar Road.
Barakhamba Road is one of the premier roads of Delhi that connects Mandi House circle with Connaught Place.
On both sides of the road many commercial complexes and several other landmarks are located.
Akbar Road is a main road which stretches at north-east end from the India Gate roundabout and at south-west end it stretches up to the Teen Murti roundabout.
India Gate Circus is the Hexagon shaped road around the National war memorial - India Gate.

I can't recall any cities that I had drove through that have such beautiful trees on such a scale inside a city, not in China, not in the USA, not in Canada, not in Middles East countries. Keep it that way !!!

Not just the roadside Trees but Delhi has 4 Mini Forests within the city that consists of an area similar to New York.

bcz of VVIP movements daily on these roads, they made this beautiful roads, but NDMC will not work outside central delhi..outer ring road and other parts of delhi, bcz there common people are living.
I wish they stopped painting dividers in India. The roads would look better without the stripes.
The redish dividers in some parts of new delhi look incredible nad give the roads so much character, wish they did that city wide.

If you mean air pollution, then yes, there is not much smog cause it wasn't filmed around October/ November when there is a lot of smog.

Fuck the USA! New Delhi looks so much greener and so much more historic. If Old delhi was cleaned, roads repaved and made pedestrian only and buildings repainted, then the whole of delhi would become a tourist centre and would be character filled historic city like many of the ones in europe.

@@rahilvig8185 The cities in Europe have historic buildings as a part of the city - on the roads, public buildings. Delhi only has tombs and shit in a complex. They are not a part of the "city" at all. They are just historic monuments that happen to be within the city limits of modern Delhi city. They are not a part of it, planned with it

Delhi is polluted for 3 months when stupid farms of Haryana and Punjab burn subtle crop for 3 months without thinking of it's effects on the capital. Otherwise Delhi ncr is a very vibrant, green, colourful and full of facilities city.

New Delhi is so green city just like chandigarh. But still it is so much polluted. You can't breathe fresh air. Air is poisonous which is so bad. Due to pollution, still new Delhi doesn't look livable. Hyderabad is better by many miles through less pollution and good infrastructure and bangalore is better with very less pollution. Pollution is too much of a serious issue in Delhi.
