Delhi is a perfect place for anyone who is leaving there home state. You will never feel left out because you will find people of almost all religions, states and countries here. The air pollution, untreated garbage, robbery are some of the major cons. Other than that, Delhi is welcoming.

I have visited 80% of the whole of Mumbai and 90%+ south Mumbai, Have been to Bengaluru and pune as well. I can easily say that even benguluru and pune are far better and more beautiful than Mumbai.
Moreover, I have seen(I know) some people (Marathi) who have spent 10-15 years their life in mumbai before moving to pune, and the fact is they don't want to go back to Mumbai and never have I seen them praising Mumbai. ( These people aren't bollywood lovers).
