In the Cherbourg area there's some good ones, like Helleville, and a tiny town that Cherbourg would have incorporated long ago, Gouberville. My fellow Canadians may enjoy Tocqueville.
Here in Alberta there's a couple weird named places I've been to, Vulcan and Balzac. Don't forget Sexsmith or Head Smashed In Buffalo Jump either.
Saskatchewan has Climax as well as Forget. There's a Flin Flon, Manitoba, and St Louis du Ha! Ha!, Quebec. Yes, the exclamation points are part of the name.
Newfoundland is a treasure trove of weird place names. There's Come By Chance, Blow Me Down, Nameless Cove, Goobies, Spread Eagle, and of course Dildo.

Honestly surprised they didn’t summon a demon saying that town’s name.
We learned about UK in school.
And we usually focused only on UK for 1-2 months every year in several different versions. In swedishclass, enlgishclass, historyclass, geographyclass and so on.
It's quite hard to understand you guys 😅
Josh: In English, you have double consonants, but never at the front of a word.
Lloyd: Am I a joke to you?

I learnt a bit of Welsh when I first came to Cardiff, and this was so much fun to watch!
There are some brilliant names in Norwich. Rampant horse street is one, bullockshit lane (some call it bullockshed) another. Worth a look
I love the sound of the Welsh language 😍😘💕💙💚💜
In the US, I used to drive though Truth or Consequences New Mexico all the time and I'm convinced Intercourse Pennsylvania is named that just for the "I ❤️Intercourse" shirts.
Llama has 2 constants...
I only figured it out after 2 years XD
Natalie Ly Actually, “lama” refers to the species and includes llamas (lama glama), alpacas, camels, vicuñas, and guanacos.
“One year when we took our llamas to LamaFest (a lama show in MI), we saw llamas, alpacas, and even two camels! No guanacos, though.”
Near me there are 2 villages called Lower Dicker and Upper Dicker. I always giggle slightly whenever I go past them.
Now bring an irishman in haha. Some gaelic lesson would be great ㅋㅋㅋ
Dan's laugh at 1:56. Gets me every time😂😂😂
4:26 “you never have double consonants in the front of the word in English”

I was always taught the United kingdom was just..a union of countries governed under the same monarchy??
That's right. The current Monarchy replaced those of England and Scotland with the act of union. It's now the British monarchy.
5:50 Basically welsh is more phonetic than english (not hard) - I recommend the map men video on place names in the UK
Dan is amazing
i've been learning welsh my whole life and only just learnt how to say llanfair PG 😂😂
6:15 mother what? I can’t be the only one that heard that
Dull, UK, is not only paired with Boring, Oregon, US of A, but also with Bland Shire, New South Wales, Australia to bring you all that Dull, Boring and Bland goodness!
