I been searching what is the best ingredients para sa masarap na lechong manok ito yung pinaka gusto konh recipe kasi na miss ko ang andok lechong manok dito sa san diego California walang andoks hahahaha im going to do this using my new wave oven 👍😁
Recipe is good. Skin is just like andoks. I'd reduce the lime next time i try it though. No need to chop, the parts separated easily at the joints and the meat fell off the bones

Medyo tanglad lng tlga ang the best pra sa lasa nya. Walang filipino, asian or mexican store near you? Pde mo den ata iorder sa amazon fresh
Lemongrass paste will work too. Thai market stores.
Magtanim ka na lang, madaling itanim maski sa paso.

Eto po,
Ingredients
1 whole chicken approx 1.5k
1 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/3 cup lime, kalamansi or lemon (any of these)
1 tsp brown sugar (white sugar will do)
2 stalk tanglad or lemongrass (pounded and tied to fit chicken)
1 tbsp rock salt
Steps:
- clean chicken, rub with 1 tbsp salt, rinse and put on a plate or bowl
- mix soy sauce, kalamansi or lime, brown sugar and pepper into a big bowl - blend well
- put the chicken into the mixture and marinate 6-12 hours
- heat oven to 400°F
- take the chicken out of the fridge from marinade
- put the chicken in the oven for 45-60 minutes or until golden brown (depends on how big the chicken is)
- check if chicken is cooked by inserting a stick through the breast or thigh of chicken
- see the meat texture, it should be white and not pinkish
- when done, take the chicken out of the oven and brush with the oil drippings
- serve with soy sauce with calamansi and sili

hi ung sa kin po hindi ko na binaligtad pero may iba binabaligtad kasi gusto nila brown na brown ung balat. pg may rack kayo n gamit pedeng hindi na, pero kung directly nakalgay sa tray maaring baligtarin nyo po.
