Hi Ann... I would like to know your thoughts about the IEN-PCA job opportunity from the virtual fair. Is it a good idea? How exactly does it work to transition into an RN position? I just need your thoughts about it dear. Thanks❤️
Honestly speaking…. that’s the best shot and more advantageous. The reason being, they’ll process your PR so you will move with a permanent residence status. Then, as you work as PCA you get exposed to the clinical set up and also gain lots of Canadian experience. This will help you to transition easily to an RN role. This is how it works…. You will continue with the RN processing as you work as a PCA. Once you achieve your RN license, then you apply for an RN position which will be very easy because you already have an employer. I wouldn’t hesitate to take it!
Wow...this sounds good Second question please; is there a possibility that the employer would be sponsoring my relocation from Africa to Canada or would I be sponsoring myself with proof of fund? (Permit my question dear...I really don’t know much about Canada immigration)
@@evangeleneakpoke6181 With a job offer, you might not require proof of funds and I’m pretty sure they will not cater for this. Just be ready to sponsor self
This is very useful. How we find an employer from this event? I don’t have any experience before this kind of virtual fair
Employers will find you. You need to register, upload your Resume and attend the online event.
