I have a first gen chrome cast dangling from the hdmi port on a cheap projector on a tripod in my living room. I just want to be able to cast from my phone or tablet to my TV, so another device to access subscription services isn't part of my use case.
I've got two Telstra TV boxes, both of which will be unusable in October apparently, so now I don't know what I"m going to do. I have three tvs, none of which are smart, all Samsung, what is my best option for streaming once Telstra TV goes?
Depends slightly on your needs and budget; Fire Tv stick if you want cheap and just streaming, maybe Hubbl or Fetch Mini if you want free to air via antenna. Telstra was also offering some free Fetch Minis for Telstra TV owners, don't know if that's still open to you.
